I usually don't review fast food places unless they're extraordinarily good or bad. Wendy's store and food is about the same wherever you go, but what stands out is service. This Wendy's had extraordinarily good customer service! A genuine warm welcome as soon as you walk, ordering, and handing you your order. I'd like to highly encourage management to recognize the folks working yesterday (11/10/25) around 1pm. They were a fine oiled machine and very pleasant. Great experience.

How is this place still open! The food is always cold the service sucks and everyone’s attitude just takes the cake!! The managers act like they are upset with you for wanting proper service. This is a big NEVER AGAIN!!!

Got to the drive thru at 10:45am, ordered a #1 single combo with coke. At the window after sitting for several minutes, the employee came to the window and took my payment, came back and said they don't have any beef patties cooked could I pull forward. Pulled forward, sat for a bit, finally the boy comes out just as he is handing my bag of food he drops the bag, catching it before it hit the ground, spilling half my fries, he also did not bring my coke out. I asked him for it. He went back inside, I followed him, he was just standing in drive thru NOT getting my Coke so I asked him for it, he tried to put lemonade in my cup told him No I asked for a Coke. I didn't get any napkins either even after I pointed out how poor of a job he did. Every employee stood looking at me, if there was a manager they didn't bother stepping in or saying anything. I work in South Wood BUT I will not give this establishment anymore of my business. Very poorly run! I've worked in fast food for 7 years, I know how it should be run, if they can't handle changing over from breakfast to lunch that's pitiful!

I had an issue last night with my order missing one small thing, I called and spoke to the manager and he thoroughly apologized and asked that i come by when I have a chance. I went back by there today and as opposed to him just remaking my sandwhich he remade my entire meal truly going above and beyond with customer service and making me feel like I as a customer really mattered. Dont usually do reviews but felt he deserved one so shout out him.
The burgers was under cooked.....fries was cold....as fast Wendy's in Tallahassee this was the worst TASTING one

Stopped to get a $7 “Dave’s Double” and was disappointed. Service was quick but it had obviously been resting in a bin having been made much earlier. It was room temperature to faintly warm and did not have much taste to it. I won’t order one again. Maybe I’m spoiled. I can get a hot made to order burger at steak-n-shake including the best fries in town for under $6. I look forward to going there every time.
