I came with family at 9:29pm they already closed the door and start clean. Why you guys show your work time to 24:00?

I've only been here 3x since it opened & EVERY TIME the employees on duty show a high dislike for their job, customers, food, etc. My family has NEVER had a decent experience at this location! The food is presented in a sloppy manner. The employees are rude and impatient. The managers on duty are just as rude! And the last 2x we tried ordering queso fries we were told that they no longer sell them (they are the only location in Tallahassee who claim they don't). It used to be convenient to stop here; we will drive miles to other locations instead...Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, Wendy's should be a last resort.

My hamburger was not hot , hardly room temperature - that's the danger zone for bacteria - beef has to be at holding temperature of 135° after cooking - I'm a food manger of my own business. Wendy's doesn't care to enforce health codes to protect there paying customers -people don't eat here until you want food poison.

Service was faster today. Tried the new wrap. Was good just needed a bit more dressing.
Wendy's is usually on point, We ate inside apparently had been rainwater leaking into the building as it was standing in the entrance and inside of the restaurant. No attempt had been made to clean it up only put out hazardous floor condition signs. We waited at the front counter for 3 minutes before anyone came to take the order. When we got our order the fries and nuggets for old and cold. We were very disappointed with this particular Wendy's.

Worst Wendy’s in town for service. They’ll leave you waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes. I’m literally here right now and had to pull around to the drive thru window to place a simple order because nobody was answering. Whoever the general manager is..::Train your employees.The food is decent on the rare occasion they get your order correct.
