I watched five cars leave the drive-through because the service was atrociously slow. I've been in line for 30 minutes trying to get food. If anyone reads these reviews your late shift employees are costing you more money than they are making. Do with that what you will.

The driver through lady was very friendly. But those young folks are ignorant. I was told to move forward because the order was being prepared afterward. A young girl hollered out the window, expecting me to get out of my car and go back to the window to get my food. The pull-apart cinnamon roll was brick-hard! Horrible

Me and my wife come here when she gets off work sometimes.And every time it's the worst experience, the people on the intercom are always complaining that there's 2 orders or like tonight, we ordered stuff with no veggies on it.And everything came with veggies on it.I would not recommend going to this place pass like five p m

The associates that work at this place is very rude and unprofessional. As I waited in the lobby they were cursing at a customer as they pulled off from the window. I don’t recommend even stopping here for a drink.

The dining room was closed but the employees let me come inside and order because I was in a big truck that wouldn't fit through drive through window. Kudos to East Tallahassee Wendys.

i paid 26 dollars for two meals and they only gave me one and no receipt and when i called they were super rude about it, the drive through lady also mumbles so you can’t even understand her

Food is cold and made incorrect. Payed $24 for 2 sandwiches and a tiny fry with each sandwich. Fries cold and Dave's double ordered with mayo and ketchup only is all the way. Totally ruined. Rude service. Won't stop here again. Classic chicken sandwich was hard, cold and gross.save your money and time.

This is my favorite Wendy's in Tallahassee. I've eaten here several times. What makes this store standout are the automated kiosks. They are easy to use and much better than telling someone how you want your food. The store is clean, it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Unlike the stores on Pensacola Street and Appalachee Pkwy no one panhandled me for money. Worth the extra time to go here.
