This Wendy’s is quite literally one of the most disgusting and unclean restaurants I have ever been to. The customer service staff are incredibly rude, and, will be angry when they are required to do any slight task for the customer. I will never be returning to this poorly run, poorly staffed, and, altogether disgusting establishment.

I could never imagine being so miserable in my job that I have to make it everyone else’s fault. NASTY employees. I have been to this location twice since I moved here. The first time, I asked for a Sausage/Egg biscuit with no cheese, and they gave me a Sausage Biscuit with no egg. Like, how do you mess up THAT BAD? Second time, dude slung my cheeseburger out the window that THEY failed to put on my order that I VERBALLY asked for.

Every time I come to this location my order is never correct it's the simplest things that's supposed to be in the bag that's never in the bag. One time they told me I couldn't have sour cream because I didn't order a baked potato but I eat sour cream on my chili so I shouldn't have to order a baked potato just to get sour cream. This time I ordered my food they piled onions on top of my chili that I did not ask for also did not put sour cream in my bag. I'm starting to believe this location just doesn't like me cuz every time I come here it's a mistake with my order. I do not recommend this location

Victoria truly went above and beyond during my visit. What was meant to be a simple stop with my grandchildren and niece turned into a genuinely pleasant experience, thanks to her. I was initially hesitant about coming to this location and almost drove to another, but I’m so glad I didn’t.
Victoria was incredibly patient and kind, especially as my grandchildren were being indecisive. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attentiveness stood out right away. We received our food quickly, and everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.
Thank you, Victoria, for your outstanding customer service. You turned an ordinary visit into something memorable, and because of you, I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I’m in the area.

We went to try the new frosty blends. I had the caramel and she had the strawberry. Both were filled to the top and full of caramel and strawberry sauce. The cashier was friendly and got us put of drive-thru quickly.
Got to Wendy’s at 7:15. They supposedly open at 6:30 but they weren’t ready yet, I ordered and they told me to pull up. I sat for 10 minutes. And had to give up and go to work. I had to call their phone multiple times to get someone to pick up to refund my order. Horrible customer service. I love Wendy’s, but this is the worst one in town.

drive thru order, med drink with a 4 piece nugget and ghost pepper ranch. given no straw for my drink, nuggets were the size of dimes, literally. and given bbq sauce. not only was the sauce wrong but it was opened, and it was spilling all over the nuggets… what the heck wendy’s. yall are a joke
