I like to eat at Wendy's when working due to the good food and low cost. I had a bad experience at one on Pensacola in Tallahassee, I was hoping this one in a better area would be... better. The service was kind of slow, there was only one other person in the lobby. The burger was fixed incorrectly but I didn't have time to get it fixed since it took longer than usual to get my food. The other person in the lobby then asked me for $3. This has happened twice in 2 visits. I'll avoid this one as well.

This is the best one in town 100%. Every time we come here we are treated great. Everything is fast, delicious, and exactly what we ordered. The service we get from Dion, Austin and Sylenia are the reason we skip other locations and chains altogether and come here.

Shout out to the ladies running the front counter of the Wendy’s on Apalachee Parkway. I don’t go to fast food restaurants too often due to the lack of professionalism and service that you tend to get these ladies were attentive they took care of my order and although I personally took a while to go pick up my food the lady at the front counter insured I got hot fries without me even asking we need more workers like this in Tallahassee
Took a little longer than I would have liked to get my order. However, the food was perfect, especially the fries.

I placed and order through drive thru, after I paid for it they asked to to pull up and they would bring it out , NOBODY else was in line at the drive through and NOBODY was inside at the counter, after waiting close to 10 mins i got out and went inside, The manager on duty didn't even know they had a order at the window waiting to be served , afterwards they hand a bag of cold food sitting on the counter so the manager asked the employee was she gonna remake it and the employee evidently said no because she turned around to give me the cold food that had been sitting in the counter and mind u it wasn't my order, I stated I don't want that cold food so the manager took the hamburger out the bag to make another one i then said I don't want these cold fries and nuggets the manager acted like she was frustrated with me when I did nothing wrong. Not one time did she apologize and when i got home to eat what was suppose to be fresh hot food everything was still cold and the hamburger has cheese that wasn't melt and plastic still on pieces of the cheese i felt when i bit into it and bread hard as a rock, That was by far the worse experience I had and i took pictures of the food and the plastic wrapping still on half of the cheese i could have choked on if i had not felt it when i took a bite out the unfresh food. Lawyer needed

The place was pretty clean overall. It was kinda busy but it only took like 10 minutes to get our food when there was five other orders in front of us so that was pretty fast. Food came out fresh as well. The Wednesday Meal Deal was pretty good, the sauces were pretty unique and great with the nuggets and the Raven Frosty(cherry frosty basically) was also very good as well as the syrup wasn't too strong with the chocolate frosty. Definitely would recommend it while it's still around. The guy at the front counter today was very nice and prompt getting the food ready and taking orders. Overall a pretty good Wendy's in Tallahassee.
