Worst of the absolute worst! Not one person can seem to ever get their job right, paid extra to have my meal upgraded to a large, just to receive no drink or fries with my order, then ordered a 6 piece nugget on the side and was delivered a 4 piece. What's the point of making an order where it is physically printed out on a paper for people to read, if they don't bother to read it. I've worked in fast food before, it's not hard, this is diabolical, this place is a scam, should be shut down for their complete lack of competence. Yes, I am furious. Valentine's Day surprise ruined.

No one is Ever at the front counter. Ever. You’re gonna wait at least 2 to 5 minutes for a register person. They will eventually walk up to the front, whilst scrolling through there phone.

This was the worst experience at Wendy's I have ever had. The staff were rude, on their phones, and did not get the order right at all. Obe employee handed me my soda with ice. I asked for a coke no ice. She took it back, dumped it, refilled it after spilling and knocking the cup over several times. She handed the cup to me dripping in coke, no napkin, did not even attempt to wipe it off. It took 25 minutes with no special requests with food order and no other guests. The fries were good, fresh and hot, everything else was wrong and or cold. Nov. 16 8:30ish. A real disappointment for over $20 worth of food.

I ordered a $7 biggie bag - my fries were cold (not even lukewarm ?) but the employee did not hesitate to replace the cold fries with hot ones ??! #shestherealmvp just for doing that with a smile on her face. She was very nice & I felt welcomed by her & her coworkers!

Genuinely don't understand how this location is still open considering how often they say they're closed but still obviously have employees on the clock, kitchen equipments eating electricity, and rigid overhead for property costs upkeep etc. Seems like it would be a money pit for the franchisee but then again considering how high the prices are now maybe it does break even. Worth the extra driving to go to literally any other restaurant- getting carry out from a real sit down restaurant would be faster than this location and barely more expensive for infinitely better food

AWFUL COULD NOT even get FOOF because workers were too busy hiding behind dumpsters where is the management was in drive thru line 30 minutes for them to laugh behind the trash “we’re not taking orders right now” how do you make money please tell me fire the managers and close that i was waiting in on my way to work couldn’t even get a lunch in ridiculous fire yourselves

Frequently when we go to this location, they tell us they’re only doing DoorDash or mobile orders. Does Corporate approve of this policy? It’s absolutely ridiculous. And then when you DO place the mobile order they are not kind. Corporate Take Over Make Over PLEASE!

So apparently after a certain time this location ONLY accepts pickup orders and I think had this been stated somewhere I wouldn’t have wasted gas, time, or written this review. After getting this information I go online and sign up for the Wendy’s account place my order add my card and purchase my wanted items. I waited a few after placing the order nowhere do I see an estimated time to expect order so I go in drive thru after 10 minutes and is told the drive thru is closed at 11:40pm but online it says it’s opened until 1am. Why not just take my order if your screen is not filled with mobile orders.? Poor business etiquette. Poor Customer Service. Poor Communication and Poor Management.
