Not only was it the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had, it was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I don’t even know where to begin but basically everything that could’ve went wrong did go wrong. It all could’ve been avoided too if the employees cared at all but they didn’t.

Bad getting worse. Some higher ups, it seems, thinks it's a good idea the randomly close the drive through, so that you have to come inside. Then when you do come inside they don't have this and they don't have that. I won't say anything about the general abilities of the staff.

They will randomly close the drive thru during working hours while the lobby is open and not make any effort to put up a sign to inform customers. Waited behind a vehicle that I thought had a really long order and then proceeded to pull up to place my order and waited a long while before someone finally informed me that the drive thru was closed and I would have to come in. I saw customers in the lobby and saw several cars ahead of me all wait in line to get up to the window so I was not the only one who made the assumption that they were open like usual. Waited over 15 minutes total before being informed that I would have to come inside to order. A simple sign handwritten sign could have been placed on the menu to inform customers but instead they like to leave you guessing.

Workers were loudly talking about roaches that were in the kitchen.A worker called me up super early even though the food wasn't ready and two other people were ahead of me.Worst of all? The food was TERRIBLE. The soda tasted like someone poured good soda onto a gym Bros socks and then squeezed it into my cup. The burger was bland and the nuggets tasted like they were brought at dollar tree. Thr unsalted fries were the only decent thing.I literally have a terrible taste in my mouth. I regret coming here and will not be making the same mistake again. Terrible location with terrible food. It's empty in there for a reason.
I had ordered on my app. When I got to the restaurant, there were a bunch of people standing outside of the entrance smoking..... I asked if the place was closed???"Oh no, we're open!"Oh... Ok.So I walked in through a cloud of psychedelic smoke,?? followed shortly by all the guys outside the door. Nobody at the counter though. Long story short, the guy who served my food wore the same pair of gloves to go outside and smoke his weed and scratch his balls.I threw the bag of "food" away.
