Sooooo I ordered just a chicken sandwich and add bacon. Never got the bacon. This is the most disappointing location in Tallahassee. Last time (before the biggie bags stopped) I got everything but the damn sandwich. Like WHAT??!!

Left my mobile order on the counter getting cold yesterday even though I was sitting in the restaurant for twenty minutes and then when I got in the drive through for breakfast they told me mobile orders HAVE to come.inside

Flatly refused to take my drivethrough order at 5pm Monday. Not a holiday. Employees inside arguing amongst each other about who should take window orders. Others on their phone ignoring me. 3 cars in a row just drive off. 3 employees doing absolutely nothing. Another kicking French fries under the equipment. None were fixing food. Not even one softdrink.

Just stopped to get food for me and my son, and saw they're having a Halloween special. I ordered it, and a woman loudly said "I HATE people that get these boo bags". It's literally a toy and frosty added to a regular meal...if you hate your job so much why stay there?

Placed a Mobile Order, I waited in drive-thru line to pick up order. Drive through was down. I go inside and wait another 20 minues for my food. While waiting, I observed nasty dining area. They don't clean up when they are slow.

Do not use the app here. They lock their doors around 5:30pm for all customers and the only thing available is drive thru. They are really rude including the managers and has an attitude with everyone even when the other party has done nothing wrong.
