I’m a manager so I know about what quality services is. But to tell the customer that their potato’s are hot and they aren’t. Then say they just came up when you made your order and the potatoes are room temperature is crazy to me.. When you pay for food, you expect your food is supposed to be freshly made and hot. I don’t think people take making other people food seriously, but I guarantee when it’s time for there break, they drop fresh food for themselves. What is the difference? Can a manger make me understand why food is not fresh when a customer trust your employees to carry out your mission statement of quality and fresh food?

Would leave a 0 if I could. Waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes after they told me to wait one moment. I don’t know how one moment turned to 20. After waiting for so long I decided to leave, upon leaving I see that there are NO cars in line so i’m not sure what the hold up was… And as I pulled off I see the cashier standing in the cubicle on her phone just looking goofy on her phone doing NO work. You guys are clearly paying these people to do nothing. Completely horrible will not be coming here any more. The food is always cold on top of that so i’m not sure what the wait is for if they aren’t back there making the food fresh.

The frostys are the only thing Wendy's really has thats worth the trip. The staff at any location in Tallahassee Florida are rude and ignorant, it's like that's how they are trained to treat customers.

This was the most disappointing experience with a Wendy’s in any location ever. I ordered a large chili and a sour cream and chives potato. The potato was so old that the entire thing was like rubber and brown like it had been cooked 3 days prior on top of that no sour cream just chives stuck in the old potato!! Do better WENDY’S…your customers deserve to get the quality they pay for(should’ve taken a pic before trashing it)

The young man working with the golds is really a hard working and very respectful young man . Made sure everything was in the bag and we left satisfied . The strawberry shake wasn’t that good but the sprite was the bomb .

The food service was very poor flies everywhere food on the floor in the kitchen area 😔 just nasty the manager walk over the food as if she didn't see it. Health department needs to go over really fast my client wanted Wendy's because we was right there and I told him lets go and he said no I had to get him what he wanted at that moment I pray that he does not get sick
