This Wendy’s was horrible. After sitting 3 minutes drive through, someone finally answered through the microphone of the drive through, and said that they weren’t taking any orders through the drive and to order inside. After getting in there, the cashier just sat at the register, looking into his phone, even when taking the order his phone was in his face.My friends ordered a large fry, coke, and bbq sauce. 3 things. After the order came up the cashier kind of waved the fries in the air, and some to come get your food. After looking in the bag, my friend noticed that there wasn’t any bbq sauce, while trying to go to the cashier to let them know that they forgot the bbq sauce, my friend ended up dropping the fries, and was frantically trying to pick them up while employees just sat there and watched, and didn’t offer any assistance or a replacement.I know that it was her fault, but it doesn’t take much to be a kind person, I’ve worked in the fast food industry before, and it’s just a common courtesy to at least try to help. When I did work fast food, or have just been out n about I’ve seen customers just drop their food without a care in the world, then go ask for a replacement.

While Wendy's used to be one of my go-to fast-food restaurants, I've been increasingly disappointed with the service at this particular spot. During my last three visits, I've encountered multiple issues. My orders were consistently incorrect, prompting me to return to the restaurant each time. Additionally, I found the staff to be loud and often engaged in personal conversations, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. In my most recent visit, I was even charged for two meals instead of the one I had ordered. Suffice it to say, these experiences have left me disheartened, and Wendy's is no longer my first choice for lunch. However, if I happen to be on that side of town and need something quick, I may still consider stopping by.

I don't want my food brought to me by someone with sagging sweatpants in one hand, my food in the other. Wrong drink, wrong food, wrong, wrong,wrong!!!I don't care about the tattoos on your face... but have some decency!Filthy exterior, the lobby area looked awful.

Weekday drive thru was incredibly slow and managed to still hand me the wrong sandwich after all that time. Fries and drink were correct. When I went inside to get it corrected, there was no one visibly in charge. I'm not visiting this location for awhile.

The manager Brian today at 445 on Wed Jan 31Extremely crude with multiple customers the making fun of and talking smack about costomers as they leave I had to watch this for 30 min waiting on my order 3 other costomers asked for corporate he refused to give it so I'ma here letting WENDY'S KNOW check your managers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the day is 12/22 @ 1:50pm. The manager on duty running drive thru was rude and took my order wrong.. snatch the bag and rolled his eyes. The young staff were cursing loudly and laughing.. will not come back ever and I live close to this one.. but if this is you best.. I refuse to see your worst!
