The drive-thru is ridiculously slow. The other night OMG it was not even busy and it took forever to get food here. McDonald's is super fast in the Drive-Thru so what's up with Wendy's?

The food was fresh but that’s all I can say. It was the greasiest burger I’ve ever seen. The wrapper was translucent due to the overwhelming grease. They forgot the pickles that come on the double stack, but remembered to remove the onions I asked. I tried to eat it but got nauseous (probably from straight grease).

Yikes. Couldn't finish my meal. They were struggling hard today at lunch. Pro Tip: don't put a new guy with no personality on the register taking orders and expediting at your busy time. Waited 30 minutes for a grilled chicken ranch wrap to find that all the ranch was at the bottom end in an inedible pool. Meanwhile our other sandwiches sat in a bag cooling off. The mushroom cheeseburger had the mushrooms nicely laying all over the inside of the wrapper and not on the burger. Too many issues to list. Won't be receiving my money here again. Come on folks, do better.

I just left the drive-thru 30mins back. The one working the intercom was VERY rude and loud. I heard them being that way with the 2 customers ahead of me. They cut me off repeatedly while trying to order. No hello just "go ahead with your order"?! They even admitted to not knowing anything about the app. A second person in the background of the drive-thru was constantly chiming in while I was trying to order, as well. The second person found it hilarious that the main person was being blunt and rude. The person that took the order handed us our order and their ungloved fingernails were caked with black dirt! Today was my 2nd and last visit to this location; it's not worth the agitation I experienced today.
