Went to go get a frosty, It states Wendy’s is open till 12 AM on a Friday night and saw three gentlemen sitting in the lobby They also put on the speaker that they were closed ???? Really disappointing
Much better and cleaner than the one on CCSW.

Building is in desperate need of renovation. they were out of chilli and their frosty machine produced slightly cold, mostly liquid, frosty. It tasted like a bad milkshake.

Honestly I didn't want to give no star's,people on the phone no gloves on, food was cold , its ridiculous 😒 so unprofessional no customer service skills and that's basic 😤 skills.
Horrible experience
First, I received the wrong order through drive-through so I had to get out of my vehicle go
inside and request the correct order. After waiting for that order to be made, I still received the incorrect order and that chicken was raw. I had to go back up to Wendys to take that back and request a refund. The only Staff that was overly apologetic was the young lady that was working at the front counter. Management including the GM was very nonchalant about the entire situation. When I asked for a corporate number, I was told they can’t give that number out. Consuming raw chicken is no joke and I will be contacting whoever I need to be made aware of the situation.

Provably some of the slowest and most incompetent workers I’ve ever encountered. I usually refrain from writing reviews but I genuinely feel as someone higher up needs to see this message. The staff at this location have no sense of customer service, ignoring customers, taking 20 minutes longer than promised, just all around poor work. Do better Wendy’s.

Went around lunch today, Wait time was incredibly long, my order was through online and they incorrectly prepared the food, did not give utensils for meal that needed it.

I walked in to see two staff members making out at a table. Another was dancing in the lobby with hoodie and headphones. No one at the front counter. Two people in the kitchen area. One was presumably a manager, given the different colored shirt. Both were locked in an engaging conversation about some other person they both know that is having problems with her baby daddy and his mom. After about 10 minutes the dancer from the lobby came to the counter and took my order. I ordered a baconator combo with a chocolate Frosty. The baconator was made as expected. The frosty was vanilla ice cream in a clear cup with about an inch of chocolate sauce sitting on top. About 30 minutes total spent in the restaurant. I wish I was making this up, but unfortunately I am not.

The new GM is absolutely horrible! Extremely rude and unprofessional twards her employees, poor hygiene, constantly bumping into people, and taking personal calls the whole day. She is on a power trip mark my word this Wendy’s location is going to sink with her steering the boat… if you catch my drift…
