3/24/26 Was in today at noon. Wrong person taking orders working cash register. No smile, not friendly, spoke so low couldn't hear her over the music. Saw customers having to wait for her to even come to take order. One of those you almost have to tip to see if she was OK. Saw her yawn twice in front of a customer. What's sad is most of the employees in there are friendly and professional. She just shouldn't be the one dealing with the public when there are people in there that would make a much better impression on the customer. Ever wonder why Chick-fil-A is so crowded? Stars were from 3/24/26.
One of 2 of the best Windy's I have been to. People are always friendly. Sausage & biscuit and seasoned potatoes at breakfast are really good!!

I usually like Wendy's but this one not so much. Just in the past 2 weeks I have gone in and/or went through the drive-thru about 4 times. Once the food was good, and the other three times the food wasn't even editable and I threw it away, as I drove down the interstate.

Came here last night after a hard day. I had to place a bigger order, and it was later at night, so I felt bad. The man who took my order was kind and speedy. Everything came out perfectly and tasted great. Would absolutely come here again! I wish I had caught the man's name, but I know it started with M!

I have lived in Tallahassee for awhile and have a lot of Wendy's real life work and eating experience. Bar none, best ran Wendy's in Tallahassee. My eating experience was good, but work environment reminds me of a great work experience I had with same company, different franchise. These folks get it, whereas the rest of Tallahassee don't. Good food, clean and they care, or fake it better than most. 👍🏻 You actually get a tray with your food coming in, which speaks volumes.

I came and ate here today and got excellent service from yana, she took care of us amazingly and even though we had a lot of requests she did excellent with everything and the food came out perfect!
