I went the the drive through at about 9:30 and it was really good! The food was fresh and the cashier was really nice :)

Waited, and I waited patiently for 4 minutes for one of three servers including a supervisor with a clip board in her hand and not one of them even acknowledged me, no eye contact, no we will be right with you, completely ignored as they discussed a soup warmer. Restaurant is indeed filthy, cook at the fryer no hair hat, no gloves, perhaps it was a good reason to have walked out in complete disgust. Walked over to an extremely busy Chick Filet for awesome service and food served quickly despite being so busy. Wendy's should shutter this location.

*update: I returned today 9-8-25 and just want to say I see the improvement, the staff today at lunch time were very friendly, like smiling, greeting everyone, and being an awesome team!! the soda machine in the dining area was missing like all the sodas and flavors though but had my favorite, lime coke. Changed from 2 stars to 4 👍👍
Fries tasted and looked old and overcooked. Nuggets were hard, definitely overcooked. Those are getting thrown away, so I'll enjoy my sandwich and drink, I guess. The people working the drive thru this afternoon @ around 1pm on 4/15 seemed rude. I heard them complain about the customer behind me wanting to place 2 separate orders. Then heard them say they were going to stop taking separate orders and tell the next person they need to come inside if they want to split their order in the drive-thru. 🤔 Made me pull forward to wait for my food with two drinks and no straws and didn't offer napkins or condiments.

I would rather starve than ever eat here again. Staff is worthless to borderline disgusting, which matches the cleanliness, or lack thereof of this entire restaurant. I actually think the health department needs to pay them a visit. Whomever owns this location needs their franchise agreement taken away. Beyond disgusting in every aspect of a restaurant.
I literally just walked out of this place and the things I have seen and experienced is absurd. First off I should have walked out from the pungent smell upon entering. It looked surface clean in there though so I figured I would give them a try. Well after ordering and receiving my food I watched whom I believe was the manager drop the whole tray of potatoes on the floor, all of the potatoes were on the floor, and he picked them up and placed them back on the tray and back into the oven. Meanwhile, against my better judgement after seeing that, I decided to eat my food and was ok until I started eating on my sausage and cheese biscuit when I immediately became nauseous. At this point I knew to stop eating it because my body is extremely sensitive to improper cleaning and handling of food. This place is a disgrace. I also searched for their score to be posted but could not find it and I understand why with their unethical practices. Will never go here again

Went for breakfast today. 2 people working, long wait, kitchen person was in a bad mood. Threw my food on counter. No signage for breakfast menu, only lunch. Maybe the drive thru would have been better who knows. Will not be back. Sat 7/26/25

Thought I would give Wendy's another shot after a few years... bad choice. After 7 minutes at the speaker to order Asiago chicken I get to the window and she asks for $16. I asked if she had the right order and another associate said I hadn't been rung up yet. I then had to repeat my order 3 times at the window, sit there for several minutes to get the order wrong anyway.
