The best Wendys to go, they are fast and very polite I live out in Woodville it's a drive for me but I go to this one all the time because the service is awesome there and they don't mess up your order

Visited this location 11/6/24 at about 10:15 PM. I was the only ones in the drive-through. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Took them 20 minutes and it was absolutely FOUL. Cold and chewy, did not eat it. The male employee was also RUDE. I will be filing a CHARGEBACK.

You can not make this stuff up. Their systems are down constantly the amount of order mess ups. Bad food, old food and lack of customer service. I get it, it is Wendy's but I've also lived in way worse states with high crime rates with better service than the rich side of town here in Tallahassee. Pitiful. Do not recommend.

Came to drive through at 9pm with a mobile order. Had to wait 15 minute with one car in front of me and one car behind me. When I finally got my food they said they were out of the berry and chocolate frosty I ordered. I pulled around back to the window and they gave me a coke zero and a vanilla frosty (they only had vanilla) and refunded me for tge frosties. 3 star because of the refund and everyone was nice. It would have been one star without the refund.

Refused to provide service because they had a delivery at the same time. Horrible "service". Simply, you can get better without the hassle elsewhere. Another thing I've noticed at this location is the late night staff wants to do the minimal required. Long waiting orders regardless of the length of line. You'll be passed through to wait while someone might decide to fulfill your order.

Terrible. Been multiple times when 1-2 people in drive-thru that it took 20 min+ to get food. Always see people leave, rather than wait. Won't be back

The incompetence at this location. We just had to wait over 10 mins for a burger and fries when only 2 people were in the drive through line.
They are over priced and 100% not worth you time. This is not the first time we had a problem like this at the location. Do better if you want to charge as much as you do.

Lobby closed while the sign on the door said it should be open. Defeats the purpose of using the app to order ahead. Waited in the drive-thru line for almost 15 minutes.
