Stopped for breakfast Friday. Waited over a half hour for food. The meals were paid for and we left without the food nor were we offered a refund. We needed to leave so we would be on time for a doctors appointment.

The wait was long. The burger was soggy. The fries were okay. The drink was more than adequate. However, the woman at the window, who was also the person who answered on the speaker box, she was phenomenal. At 11 pm when others seemed over it, she still provided exceptional service.

The manager in the morning is like family she is so nice it brightens my day when I go by and talk to her picking up my food I normally go through drive through anywhere else to avoid the drama of ordering and the food is ALWAYS on point. My I add that I live closer to another store but by now you know my favorite restaurant
