Don’t go here because they will take your phone when your paying with Apple Pay and charge your card at the front counter and then comeback ten minutes later and say it didn’t go through when it actually did and then they don’t want to give you your order even though you paid for it

Out of apples for 2-3 days and burger was so sloppy. Not what I’m use to coming to here. I don’t know what’s happen to this place but they need to pay attention to detail like they use too. Service was straight but pay attention to food presentation as in you want customers to come back.

A little slow going through the drive-thru but it was Game Day and I don't fault them for it.
Nicko has a great attitude and gave us exactly what we wanted even though it was a lot… we appreciate the team 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Edit: They have started pulling you forward, like Zaxby’s, to wait for your food after paying. SOOO VERY INCONVENIENT since you have to re-enter the road to pull around. I will absolutely NOT be back if this is the new procedure. 0/10

The service at this particular Whataburger, I don’t like Bradford Road. It sucks you sit in the drive-through line for more than 30 minutes before somebody even comes to the window. Then you have to call inside the damn business and ask him what is going on and then you’re still waiting another 30 minutes or something that’s already you know don’t take like 10 minutes to cook you sitting here almost a damn hour waiting on him why they smoking cigarettes doing whatever
