Certified fatboy here. Have eaten here numerous times. They legit get something wrong with the order every time. Whether it's mayo that you didn't want on your burger or missing sauces that you paid for, something is always wrong. Sometimes (but mostly not) there is extremely rude staff. I've seen some things at this whataburger. And it aint always the crazy customers acting out, trust. Also, don't be a fool that lets them pull you forward in the drive through. I have been forgotten about numerous times. Furthermore, every time they do it that way, you have to go inside to get something they forgot. They forget ketchup just as a minimum every time. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because I have had good meals and good customer service here, it's just so inconsistent and more often than that it is a pretty negative experience. Better to drive down the road a ways to another burger spot or even the Monroe whataburger. Much better, usually.

First time here. Visiting from ATL. I got the #1 with cheese , no tomato. It was hot and fresh and that spicy ketchup was different in a good way. Would definitely come back.

No shakes today? It seems like they’re never doing shakes when I come in. I’ve been told they were out/ not serving 3 shake flavors in my past experiences and today they’re not serving any at all. Yet someone behind me ordered one and got theirs? If that’s a main export of yours I don’t understand why you wouldn’t be prepared to serve them. And my burger was cold. Do better. Can’t even give me a straw and closes slider in my face when I go to ask for one. I know your parents raised you better than that.

When I tell you, your burger will melt in your mouth packed with intense flavor 😋 omgggggggg. It was so delicious. My husband and shared the sweet and spicy burger combo and the Monterey jack burger and it was amazing...10 out of 10. I RECOMMEND. PLEASE TELL A FRIEND. This was our first time but trust it won't be our last time eating Whataburger.

Unfortunately they totally messed up my breakfast sandwich (special request). They did quickly resolve the problem, but one of the 2 ladies had a very unpleasant attitude. Who would want mustard on a breakfast sandwich?

This is usually such a great store, I BRAG on them all the time. Tonight was such disappointing. Paid $15 for for my order to be cold, sloppy and wrong. Wasted time and gas to go back just to get another cold burger. Over them!!!

Stopped here on my way home from North Carolina. Unfortunately, we don't have one of these there. I can say the place was very clean and so were the bathrooms. Although I do find it strange that they're locked. Still, that didn't take away from good food or the great service I got from Tamm.
