Certified fatboy here. Have eaten here numerous times. They legit get something wrong with the order every time. Whether it's mayo that you didn't want on your burger or missing sauces that you paid for, something is always wrong. Sometimes (but mostly not) there is extremely rude staff. I've seen some things at this whataburger. And it aint always the crazy customers acting out, trust. Also, don't be a fool that lets them pull you forward in the drive through. I have been forgotten about numerous times. Furthermore, every time they do it that way, you have to go inside to get something they forgot. They forget ketchup just as a minimum every time. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because I have had good meals and good customer service here, it's just so inconsistent and more often than that it is a pretty negative experience. Better to drive down the road a ways to another burger spot or even the Monroe whataburger. Much better, usually.

First time here. Visiting from ATL. I got the #1 with cheese , no tomato. It was hot and fresh and that spicy ketchup was different in a good way. Would definitely come back.
