Ordered my burger with a hot coffee to dine in, the female staff at the desk asked me if I will take a cold coffee instead, as hot coffee will take 3-4 mins - I said no, I have time, I will wait for hot coffee. After, 2-3 min she came back with coffee in a cup, I sat to dine in, and checked the coffee that's super cold - that staff just tried to bluff me off! That's completely ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.
However, I asked her again for the hot coffee, this time they made wait around 10 min! It was around 3 am in the night, they were atleast 8 staff inside the kitchen and only 5-6 customers, and a very few pick ups. The burger was prepared like they hate this job, thinest fry, they are rushing everything unnecessarily.

White male manager stared at my chest the entire time he gave me the code to the women's restroom. When I came out of the restroom I was immediately sexuallyharassed by a black male customer. This place is a dump and its not safe for women. Trashy part of town. Keep driving

This establishment has the rudest employees. While we were there we had an accidental double charge with our order and somebody else’s. The woman working handled that amazing and was very kind. But when we were back on the road and unable to turn around again we realized our order was wrong and completely uneditable as my boyfriend is cannot have dairy. While calling I explain what happened and the woman is very short with me and proceeds to hang up the phone while I’m talking.

I would rate this place a zero if I could. The wait was very long and the staff was very rude. My husband and I decided to order drive thru so we did. We asked for a side of Mayo and ketchup with our order. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes at the window and asking whats taking so long we finally received our order. The requested side items were not in the bag and we also weren't given any napkins. After checking our order, we realized she hadn't put our requested items in the bag so we asked again. She brought us our requested items but after checking them there was ony a dab of mayo, which is served in a cup. I asked if she could please add a little more mayo to the ridiculously small drop of smeared mayo and this seemed to irritate her. I would NOT recommend eating here if you want good customer service.

Went to pick up food on 2/15 at 4am. My nephew and I ordered online. No greeting at the speaker box. Associate working drive thru was dry and lacking customer service. Get to the windows. She's asking if we want fries. I repeat we have mobile orders. Get my food. I didnt get a straw and my order didnt have the sauce I ordered. She avoid looking in our direction for over 5 minutes. She finally comes back to open the windows and just stare with an attitude. I mention I didnt get my sauce and that I also need a straw.
Once we get home. My fries are not only just dumped in my bag but they were also cold. My nephew ordered some nuggets which were hard and overcooked. I usually only go to the location on north Monroe because their customer service is constantly great. This location needs training on service and food
