Went to try this place for the first time seeing that it’s always packed. This location is slower than molasses. It around midnight I went inside and ordered a spicy bacon burger I waited 15 minutes for my food to be done. As I’m waiting and sipping on my Powerade a roach crawls down one of the tables and starts heading towards me I immediately called for a manager asked for a refund threw my drinks out and left. Definitely do not recommend this location it’s so dirty and the workers just stand around playing and talking

Well John at the drive thru was excellent in taking my order,It was a late night and me and the 3 kids decided to go out for a bite they chose Whataburger kids meals because they were going to get a free cookie but after getting the meals and driving home they discovered they had no cookies they were disappointed and ask me to call the store and tell them they didn't get a cookie.I called the store and Mr.Terry Underwood answered the phone and told me the kids could come tomorrow and get the cookies.Thank you Mr.Underwood for your excellent ability to make my kids smile.We look forward to coming to Whataburger often.

By far the best Whataburger in Tallahassee I drive from the other side of town and pass another store just to come to this one they make you feel like family the food is always amazing and Mrs.Denise is the best
