Servers more worried about their hair than doing their job.One of the servers gave me attitude when I asked for a refund told me I needed to write a letter.Never got my food got a refund and left after a half hour waiting.The store needs new management this is not the first time I've been here and had problems getting my food

3 times in a row items missing or delivered to the wrong address. Store will lie about having it redelivered. After an hour they say it’s not there issue to contact delivery company even though I ordered through the Whataburger site. After lvg a message for the driver my number was blocked. Manager just doesn’t care that I paid for something that wasn’t delivered. Most would call it theft. They tell me to look at receipt to find out what company delivered, but the it only says it was an online order.

One of our favorite fast food restaurants. I love their grilled chicken sandwich and hubby loves just about every hamburger sandwich they have! I tried the apple salad with grilled chicken the other day and was surprised how good it was.

Everyone agreed Wataburger everywhere else is juicy delicious and this store is exceptional BAD management? There was drive+thru line dead not moving so after 10 mins I backed out went inside average line but loud banter not business from crew ! Mularkey! But I was hungry ordered and sat 25 more mins ! 40 mins while waiting little elderly lady asked 3 times about her food when it came missing shake...she was nice to server girl whom was apologizing*seemed on spectrum* not her fault as chatter banter mularkey continued! As I walked out she got her shake wrong flavor!! My burger was pressed out and overcooked/DRY! I'm retired truckdriver... Texas was a favorite to run cuz Whataburger! I've been to 50+ visits and know your stores operate usually same great food unfortunately Burger King closer is worse! Taco Bell same road also ridiculous! I'm from Maine where mularkey such as this is Not Tolerated!

Good and hit. Like I remember from my days in Texas! So.gpad whataburger is moving closer to the east coast!
My receipt says I ordered at 5:16am and I got my food at 5:52, so a 36 minute wait !! The hash browns were hot but taquito and biscuits and gravy were cold. Watched someone in front of me impatiently get out of line and leave. Daytime shift are quick and on it but the overnight crew is a joke !!

Absolutely horrible.Just got back from here. I brought my 85 year old dad with me through the drive through. This is my first week home after being deployed.The lady taking my order was nice. everything was going good until I asked if they had a senior discount for a drink. As soon as I did a rude guy started yelling on the mic you don’t need a senior discount we don’t have those you don’t need that that’s crazy. I was in shock with the way he was yelling and speaking at me but continued with my order.When I was finally finished the lady asked for my name i proceded to give her my fathers name. As soon as I did the guy took over the mic and started laughing and yelling of course that’s your name. I then left the line. With contemplation on what to do I wanted to walk in and tell a manager but my dad with his kind heart was crying and told me not to do anything because he probably had a bad day. I will never go here again. You don’t know what people are going through and to be treated so badly disgusted me and hurt my dad. I did not serve my country for rude people like this.
