So stopped by to grab a bite, and employees were very friendly and efficient! We Ordered 2 meals, and got home to eat and somehow our meal was mixed up with a different one. We are all human !! We are not perfect... Called the store and spoke with manager JOSH. what a courtios,pleasant manager he was!! He handled the situation with a professional attitude, and took great care of us!! Thank you Josh!! Keep up the great work and the great store!! This is my favorite Whataburger in all of Tallahassee!!

Just went in on a random evening after the fair and it was just such a pleasant experience. The remodel looks great. The food came out almost immediately after we got our drinks and sat down, basically no wait. Order was made fresh to perfection. My Diet Coke was so crisp, if you know you know. The manager Courtney sparked up a nice conversation which I value these days when every transaction feels so impersonal.

Updating this review of my driving-back-to-Orlando-from-home Whataburger. It's the most convenient one off of the I-10, so I frequent it. Ambiance of the drive-thru is fine. There is plenty of room in the parking lot for the long line of cars to snake through.
Service is fine. Whataburgers in general used to be faster, when the majority of them were franchise owned. Now that they are all corporate and owned by a big business daddy, you can be in store for a long slog of a drive time as you wait for your food. Hope you are listening to an entertaining podcast.
As for the food, it's pretty standard. The best fast food burgers on the market right now, fries that are just salty enough and fried to a perfect golden color, milkshakes that are thicc, flavorful, and not too sweet, and of course the best condiment that was ever invented, the Spicy Ketchup.
Every time I come, I ask for extra extra Spicy Ketchup, because I don't have a Whatburger near me. So, obviously this place is kind of a dump, but it still cranks out deliciousness, so I keep coming back.
