Overall the subs are delicious and there are topping selections that are unique which is a nice change of pace (pepper mix, mushrooms, sauteed onions to mention a few). The bread is a bit flaky and not as soft as I would prefer, but it's appropriate for the type of subs they offer. Orders were accurate, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The crinkle fries were surprisingly fresh and tasty, better than the ones next door at Smash Burger (oddly enough).

The service by the manager on duty was horrible. I ordered food to go and she placed my unwrapped fries on the counter and didn't even offer me a bag. She decided she didn't want to make my milkshake and told her coworker to do it and was rude to him as well. I asked for a water cup while I waited on the milkshake and drank some water. My two year old who was with me asked for my cup and asked for tea. I put no more than two ounces of tea in the cup so that she could have a sip and the manager on duty proceeds to tell me to it's not that expensive to buy a regular drink. I told her that I wasn't buying a full drink for my two year old to have a sip while we wait for the milkshake that she refused to make. She proceeded to argue and yell at me over giving my daughter the sip of tea and told me to not to come back. As a paying customer who regularly comes in after my daughter's gymnastics classes next door I was appalled and disgusted that I was treated this way.
I am ordering this location twice a week…but these days quality and taste changed to worse. I ordered three different orders last week. One of them was rewards. But seemed the new manager didn’t like. He also stopped my wife and asked that did you pay for your drinks ? in the middle of the food. He should confirm with his staff first before asking the customer. It was insulting. I own retail businesses but before asking customers, I always wants myself to be sure. Can’t do that way. Never want to go back.

Third time trying this place out, and it's still a disappointment.Pros: the fries are really good (which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1). Customer service is warm and welcoming.Cons: The sandwiches are all terrible. I've had a different one on each visit (Chzbgr wich, Za wich, and ultimate BLT). The bacon is always rubbery, the sauces are funky - almost as if they've gone sour - and the meat quality is definitely subpar. The food is also super expensive. My latest trip was $19 for a sandwich, fries, and a drink.NOTE: To be fair, I do not think it's the cooks or their work ethic. The sandwiches I've ordered all seem to be accurate and follow the menu. I think the food and ingredients just aren't that good.

We brought a group of 12 people in and were the only ones in the restaurant. You'd think we brought a stadium of people in. Every employee was making comments like "no way", "you've got to be kidding me", etc. we've got ears people. We can hear you. Had we not already started ordering I would have left. The workers were extremely rude the whole time. The person I'm guessing is the manager took things off the menu that he said they couldn't do with a big group. Food was okay but any customizations didn't happen. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you're going to expect the employees to make your sandwich. I think they're hoping you'll pay them and just walk out. T Can't imagine what happens during a lunch rush!
