The Wing Stop has always been a great place for wings and their ranch is #1 hands down. I hadn't eaten any in awhile plus I had a busy day and wanted something good to eat. When I placed my order, I was told that I had a 30 minute wait. My 30 minute wait turned into an hour. I also asked for extra extra crispy wings but I didn't get them.
There were tray of cooked wings done over the fryer but I am unsure if they were cooked differently. All I know is that my wings has soft skin and I don't like that.
There needs to be better organization at the restaurant. There were several Uber drivers waiting for pickups! It had to be over 20 people waiting. It was horrible.
There should be cooks for pick up orders and one for dine-in. There were like 6 assistants and probably 4 cooks! It's just not right to order your food a certain way- pay the expensive amount and still wait an hour to not enjoy it!
