Terrible I waited almost 2 hours on a 10pcs combo and when i brought it to the manager’s attention (named Megan) she was rude and very unprofessional. She refused to give my exact change back! she called the police on me when she was being the aggressor. I truly believe they just gave the position to anybody. The employees were nice but she is clearly the problem. I will be keeping contact with her supervisor!

The 1 star isn’t for the employees but it’s for this company. These poor employees are working minimum wage with probably 100 orders every 30 minutes. The customers have no patience as well, do better!

I was there my first time and I’m very disappointed and mad I waited for 30 minutes I ordered my food to go when I arrived home my food tasted old and a lot of greasy the fries and chicken wings was cold . I wish I could give zero to this restaurant bc I loss my money plus I get sick and I threw up this food . Terrible experience I hope so the sanitary food inspection could go there one day and order food to they closed this restaurant. Everything was bad service, waiting time food and to finish the drinks was hot it’s be suppose to be cold from the drink dispensing machine . I will never go there anymore and I really suggest you don’t waste your time money and get the risk to be sick as I’m right now .
People who got there after me got their food way before us, waited an hour for 8 wings and some fries. Overprioritized the online orders instead of the people in the store.

I placed online order: 30 PC (20 hot / 10 lemon pepper). For my son, g-son, & I. Ranch is always great. Veggies cool, fresh, & crisp. Fries were hot & perfectly-seasoned. Son retrieved order. He was impressed with efficacy, effectiveness, & organized manner workers were following through with online & in-store orders. Our order was correct ?

I was told we had an hour wait so we came back within the hour and then they told us we had 20 minutes and then they were telling us we got another 20 minutes several people got served before us. Not sure we will be back.
