This one on Mahan did not even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order people were in line Waiting for there food a long time..employees back in kitchen talking and laughing..I left went to checkers next to them.most likely will never go back. .

I used to love going here to grab a couple draft beers and lemon pepper wings and it was always an awesome experience. Now, these geniuses decided it would be a smart idea to get rid of ALL beer, not just on tap. What kind of wing establishment doesn’t sell beer?? They’ve lost my business and I’ll be going somewhere else from this point on.

The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We frequently use this location for staff lunches, but after my experience, we will no longer be doing so.
The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional.
My boyfriend ordered wings and they didn’t even put sauce on the wings at all!!!! Those are just cooked plain chicken wings horrible and wasted to much money for it not to even have sauce!

I had one of the worst experiences at this Wingstop. I placed an online order at 5:30 pm, scheduled to be ready by 6:10 pm. When I arrived, I was told my order was “being boxed,” but no one even checked my name. I waited for a full hour, repeatedly asking about my order, and every time I was told the same thing—that it was being boxed. Finally, after an hour, they asked me my name again and only then actually started preparing my order.
The staff showed a horrible attitude throughout, with no apology or acknowledgment for the delay. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. If I could give less than one star, I would. Location Mahan center Tallahassee on Mahan rd.

The website said the order would be ready by 8:40 and it told me before I place the order so OK fine I placed the order and then I show up at 8:55 and they tell me that it’s still another hour before the food is going to be ready. All for the meal for two of 20 boneless wings and french fries and I was not the only one that was told that same thing. I told them to cancel the order, and I was told that I could not be given any sort of receipt, reflecting that I canceled the order. I sure hope I get my refund.

I am not sure however I believe this location maybe under new management. The fry seasoning is different (old 1 was better). The Cajun corn is definitely not Cajun. I was told they mix the Cajun seasoning with the fry seasoning.... nope, just give us Cajun on the corn please. Paid for Cajun and got sweet butter. If it's not broke don't fix it.
