This will be my last visit to WingStop. My online order was supposed to be ready in 23-28 minutes per the email I was sent when I ordered them. When I arrived there were 25-30 people in the lobby and no one behind the counter. When I was asked what my name was, the gentleman behind the counter told me it would be another 20/25 minutes for my order (15 wings and fries). Every table was covered in bags and trash from previous guests. The entire front of house was being neglected by the staff. It was as if they didn’t want to show their faces because they had a lobby full of angry customers, which they did. Every single customer was upset, and they had a right to be. This location is very poorly managed. I waited for almost an entire hour for our order, and it wasn't just me, it was all 25-30 people waiting there. To spend an hour with that many angry customers is reason enough not to come back. You would think that if I waited that long, my fries would be hot, but they were cold. I could have made my own wings quicker and cheaper. Who needs WingStop. You have lost my business.

Without consistent hours of operation you cannot retain customers. This location often does not answer the phone if they are busy. Now they are not opening as scheduled. I was tthere at 12 noon and a sign was taped to the door saying they would not open until 2pm. I checked Google and it indicates opening at 1:30pm while normal hours posted on the door is opening at 11:30am. I guess they just did not want any lunch business today. It's ok, Firehouse Subs was ready and willing to take care of the family's lunch order.

I use to love Wingstop, and honestly it might just be this store. For a while now, they will not open at their scheduled hours, or will close hours before their posted times. It has become quite frustrating to even know WHEN they are open at this point because it is not consistent, nor does it ever match the hours they have posted on their door, or their website. Makes me not want to eat here anymore.

Used the bathroom and flushed the toilet. The water from the toilet came up from the drain in the bathroom.??Kid-friendliness: The toilet overflowed into the floor drain so my kids couldn’t use the bathroom….

I order wings online earlier in the day (around 11:30) for a 2:30 pickup. Wingstop called me and said they would have my order ready on-time but they don't actually open until 5pm. They told me to just come to the door and they would let me in. I was so shocked and happy that they made my order and had such a positive attitude about it. The food was great and the service was amazing! Thank you from the bottom of this pregnant woman's heart!

Hi. I politely asked from fresh bread on my sandwich because it was hard. He stated it was fresh. Bread should not be crunchy. He pulled one from the tray and put it in the toaster. He proceeded to fix a full order while my bread just sat there. Here is the pic of the 2nd bread. The first one was hard but not burnt. He ignored my request and took the next order. Perhaps it was because he was overwhelmed with working alone... I could not eat the bread it was hard and now burnt up.

I was in a hurry to order wings. They completely screwed up my order. I mean like so bad it wasn’t even almost right… Had to take everything back and tell me to wait all over again. I asked them to refund me for the inconvenience and still give me my order. The manager Serenity refused. I let them know I would write them a bad review. The manager was happy with it. I sat at the table, waited for my wings, and wrote this review.

For some reason, they often do not get a takeout order right. Once again, no veggies. Which we paid for. And when you call the number, it either hangs up or is “busy.” Super frustrating.

What's the point of placing the order on advance if it's not going to be ready on time? I understand it running 10-15 minutes, even 20 minutes behind when it's busy. But a whole hour? That's ridiculous, and it should be unacceptable.

Wait times way surpass the the recommend online order times, if you even get the right order. Quality of chicken has gone way down since COVID. It went from fresh crispy chicken to old soggy chicken. Not worth the time or money, it is obviously the management/ownership

A bit of a wait for my order after placing online in advanced yet it was a busy and packed with orders when i arrived. Cajun Chicken sandwich was hot and flavorful. The fries aren't really top tier in my personal preference. Food was still good and left me full. Customer service is really great here as a plus.

Carryout is best as the inside seating area is not large and there were a lot of people hanging out at the tables awaiting their pick up. Online order was easy, but if it's a busy day like football Saturday, plan ahead. Our order took an hour to process. The food was good though! We got the bone-in and boneless wings and they were very tasty and tender. Seasoned fries were yummy. I also learned this is my nephew's go-to place when he needs comfort food and highly recommends the mango-habanero wings. We stuck with traditional and BBQ and were not disappointed.
