I used to order from here all the time back in college (2012) I have since moved away from campus and delivery is not available in my area. I missed it so much I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my cookies I was extremely disappointed. The cookies were cold and rock hard, not gooey and hot like they used to be. I’m not sure what happened since then but I don't see myself ordering from here in the future.

I ordered through Uber Eats. The entirety of my order was incorrect. I contacted Uber Eats and they said they aren’t responsible for the restaurant putting the wrong food in the bag. I called the restaurant and they advised the best they could do is give me half off another order. So I paid the full amount, neither party claims responsibility and I got none of what I ordered. Rather than choosing to make their customer happy and work with the delivery partner they contact with Z Baked prefers not to take action.

We had our order delivered via Bite squad. driver said they had him waiting 30 minutes instead of the 10 they told. In our order we had a double order of mozzarella sticks, loaded tots and 3 bowls of mac. The mozzarella sticks were cold and soggy. the so call loaded tots had next to no cheese on them, and 4 small pieces of bacon so dried out it was inedible, I literally could not chew it. The mac was the worst part it was extremely dried out and tasteless. I have had Walmart brand box mac that was more appetizing that what we received. For $70 (before the delivery fees, i might add) we really expected better quality! I was told to post my complaint to the Facebook page
Zaks Mac is definitely a pioneer in the future of business, the very definition of a locally owned, Upon receiving confirmation of my order I was given the response, that we’re all in this together ❤️, during the time of this pandemic it is small things like this that remind us that we’re all human outside of it all..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I'm a college student who sometimes stays up studying late and depends on restaurants like Douglicious [NEVER had a problem with them] and ZBaked [first time ordering and I regret it] to keep my hunger out of the way for the next few hours or atleast until I fall asleep. So, I ordered my food an hour and thirty-minutes ago and it comes literally an one hour and thirty minute after. The burger I ordered looked poorly presented and put together and was hard for me to chew through, I could barely bite through the damn thing. The only complaint I do not have for them is that their mashed potatoes are pretty freaking tasty; other than that, never ordering their burgers again.

I just called to place a cookie delivery order for my daughter. The guy who answered the phone on December 12, 2017 at 12:40 pm was so rude and miserable that I had to hang up on him to avoid a huge confrontation. I'm so disappointed...I really wanted to surprise my daughter with a gift. She was feeling down today because it was the first holiday we are celebrating since her grandparents both passed away last month. The main purpose of this review is to let the owner know how bad this employee is. I would want to know if I had someone working for me that was turning away customers. I would think a cookie shop would be in the business of making people's days just a little bit better instead of making them feel worse.
