Ordered food to go and it was packaged with care, which I appreciated! It was probably the best Chicken Tikka Masala I have eaten, but I found the portion to be a bit small considering the price ( ~ $20, way more sauce than chicken). Will absolutely go back, can’t wait to try more items!

The food was absolutely delicious. Dishes were savory and well prepared. All the seasonings were well balanced and not overpowering. The mango lassi was not as good as others Ive tasted. The mango tasted a bit artificial, but the delicious entrees made up for it.

Zaan is a gem for anyone who enjoys authentic Indian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the warm lighting and elegant décor create an inviting atmosphere that feels both upscale and comfortable. The staff is attentive and genuinely welcoming, ensuring every guest feels cared for without being rushed. The food is nothing short of exceptional — rich, savory flavors with perfectly balanced spices that highlight the freshness of each ingredient. Whether it’s the tender butter chicken, aromatic biryani, or freshly baked naan, every dish feels crafted with passion. Zaan delivers a memorable dining experience that’s both flavorful and refined.

Loved this place, service was excellent, atmosphere was intimate, and food was spectacular. Thank you Zaan for a great time. We had a party of 20 and they served us with no issues, if like like true authentic Indian food this is your spot.

Best Indian food in Tallahassee. Lamb was tender. Naan just right. Clean and has an old mobster style decor. Attentive staff.

I absolutely love this place! I ordered the mango curry and it was amazing – perfectly balanced flavors, creamy, and so flavorful. Honestly one of the best curries I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for delicious food and a cozy place to enjoy it.

9.14.25; 7.30p - my hub & I had a very nice and quiet first experience here! The first table was near a crowd so I asked for something quieter and more intimate; we were accommodated without any hassle. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. We met our table with 2 pompadums already placed; started with drinks: spiced iced tea & sutra. Then added apps of green salad. The vinaigrette was more vinegar than I preferred; yet it was a fine way to tease our palates. Hubs ordered the half tandoor chicken with saffron rice; while I had hakka noodles. Everything was very tasty, authentic, and we carried away a bowl of lentil soup.

We were not harassed by waiters, they were inviting, thanked us for dining, respectful of our dietary concerns, and patiently answered my hub's inquiries. This place reminded me so much of the dine-in Indian eateries that I used to frequent up north!

The outside looked a little rough- in an old strip mall, no real kind of decor but I decided to take a chance and I was so so so glad I did! I went 2 nights in a row! The atmosphere was soothing, stylish, modern furniture. The service was prompt and staff were courteous and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! It was super flavorful, great portions and amazing presentation. They also have a very nice bar. I had the best mojito I have ever had in my life. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Tally
