I ordered a bowtie chicken mac and cheese bowl with Italian pasta sauce. I chose broccoli, spinach, and tomatoes as mix ins with breadcrumbs as my topping. The mac and cheese came as elbows instead of bowties which was fine it still tasted good. Half of the chicken was overcooked to the point of being hard as a rock and I had to pick it out. The vegetables were completely raw and put on top of the mac and cheese instead of mixed in and cooked. They were disgusting being raw and dusted in breadcrumbs so I picked the broccoli and spinach out as well. I expected the breadcrumbs would be put in a layer on top of the mac and cheese and baked to be crispy and instead it was obviously thrown on top of everything in the end and uncooked which was weird. I am extremely disappointed as I had Zaks mac about a year and a half ago with the same exact mix ins and toppings and it was completely different. Everything was cooked and mixed in and the bread crumbs on top were cooked. It was delicious and I couldn’t wait to get the opportunity to eat there again. It was absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

We had our order delivered via Bite squad. driver said they had him waiting 30 minutes instead of the 10 they told. In our order we had a double order of mozzarella sticks, loaded tots and 3 bowls of mac. The mozzarella sticks were cold and soggy. the so call loaded tots had next to no cheese on them, and 4 small pieces of bacon so dried out it was inedible, I literally could not chew it. The mac was the worst part it was extremely dried out and tasteless. I have had Walmart brand box mac that was more appetizing that what we received. For $70 (before the delivery fees, i might add) we really expected better quality! I was told to post my complaint to the Facebook page

So, i got 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a buffalo bacon chicken bowl. And to be honest, I'm surprised at how good it is. And the price is excellent These guys are really friendly and the fondue is great The only reason not 5 stars is, well the place is a a little cluttered "the front area" but i also think it maybe because of moving to a new location. Outside of that, i have no complaints. I think if you want to support local businesses, you should give these guys a chance. It's a couple of guys with a really good idea and a decent product, priced fair. Check them out, i know I'll be going back.

super disappointed. ordered bacon mac and cheese w/ broccoli and the "soft" pretzels. mac and cheese arrived cold, congealed and since my order arrived within 40 mins i am pretty sure it was sitting out. completely flavorless, and the broccoli was legit RAW just sitting on top of the mac. i mean...i don't think anyone eats it that way? this wasn't just undercooked it was UNcooked. it's listed as a "mix-in" which to me implies it's cooked with mac. completely inedible. the "soft" pretzel was rock hard and stale, again cold. gross. i ordered two cookies as well and tbh, I could do better with a box recipe. i'm really sad bc i was excited ab this and wanted to like this place! first time customer, won't be returning.

Ordered this from Postmates. Food was cold when it got here, and the end result looked *nothing* like the photos. It tastes like it’s trying to be Melting Pot fondue without the *actual consistency* of a good fondue. The sauce was chunky, separated, and gross... like what happens with Alfredo sauce when you reheat leftovers in the microwave the next day.
