"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL "The service is terrible and the people who work there are always rude and they are slow. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant but I don't like the workers there. Zaxby's and Whataburger have rude people working and I try to avoid going to pick up orders, because they are extremely slow and not nice. Culver's has all polite people working at all times. Denny's is also very nice and IHOP and slim chicken. Sorry but this is the truth and I'm not going to sugar coat it. They need to train the staff to be more like Culver's with being faster and polite and professional.

I don't know if it's specific to the nighttime crew, but I have went here three separate times and each time i have went through the drive through. Employees lack any kind of respect and professionalism, no courtesy in the slightest, you ask for extra sauce and pay for it and won't get it. You ask for 4 fingers they'll give you 3, the chicken is dry, unseasoned and taste stale. The fries you can ask for extra seasoning, and they'll make sure not to put any on. Never say thank you, never say have a good night, they just tell you the total, and that's quite literally the last thing you will hear. Do not recommend

The folks who work here. The young black girl at the counter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they were the sweetest to my son who has autism and very understanding. These were the nicest folks ever and very professional. He was getting irritated inside and the young girl was so sweet to him. He dropped his cookie as we were walking out and was trying to grab it off the floor and the older lady went and got him another one. Thank you for your understanding.

They refused to Make a delivery for me when it was stolen by another driver before I got there, which means they failed to make sure the driver confirmed the order and instead of taking responsibility they refused to remake the order. So the store had to refund the order to the customer and nobody except me got paid. I’ll be posting my body camera video of this on YouTube when I get home and sending it to Zaxby’s corporate.

**Dasher Perspective**

As a delivery driver, my experience at this Zaxby’s location was disappointing. The service was extremely slow—I waited 22 minutes past the pickup time for an order. To make matters worse, the employees made me fill my customer’s drinks, which isn’t part of my role.

When I politely asked for updates on the order, the responses I received were **rude and dismissive.** This level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the business.

I strongly advise fellow Dashers to **deny orders from this location.** The delays will **negatively impact your delivery times** and ratings.

Additionally, if you're picking up at night, **be cautious in the parking lot.** It didn’t feel safe, and I recommend locking your car doors while waiting.

Overall, this Zaxby’s location is not Dasher-friendly, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously.

When I entered the store, staff members were talking loudly and arguing with each other, but it wasn’t nasty language or really malicious behavior. They did immediately addressed me and they were very kind and efficient with their service. Zaxby’s is Zaxby’s. The food is clutch so the Experience can get away with a lot as long as they deliver the food correctly, which they did.

More good than bad to me . Those chicken fingers are getting smaller almost the same size as chicken nuggets

When you pull in at night they looked closed not a single light is on, if you weren’t from Tallahassee and didn’t know where it was you would never find it, although it was a very quick and easy process using the mobile app, when I got my food I was missing things from my order as the lady at the window said “everything is in the bag” and closed the window and I drove off, everything was cold , the chicken the fries the bread all of it. Worst comes to find out an hour later I had food poisoning to the max. Just don’t understand why franchises are getting worst and worst by the years

Great for lunch or dinner, drive-thru is pretty steady not a long wait time. Tried the new chicken tacos today glad I did they were loaded with fresh vegetables chicken strip and bacon and the sauce was full of flavor and creamy

The food was hot and fresh. We also ordered chocolate chip cookies, which were freshly baked. The service was as expected.
