If you get a to-go order rip open the bag and check every single box. They have skipped an entire entree 3 times now. It's gotten to the point where it seems deliberate. Don't leave with your food unchecked or you just lose that money.EDIT the Manger made it right. Good on them.

Stopped for lunch on Saturday before heading to the FSU football game so it was very busy as I expected. The two ladies that were working in the dining room were absolutely wonderful they were friendly and efficient they had great people skills and definitely work well under pressure.you definitely need more people working in this store like that, Thank you ladies for the wonderful service you are the reason I will continue to come back, well that wonderful service and the hot and fresh food

I have had the best experience in a long time at this Zaxbys I came in for lunch so the dining room was a little busy but the wonderful lady working the register was friendly but she was making sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. I noticed several coworkers standing around on their phones. My food was hot and fresh a.d the service made it even better thank you. Kristina for the wonderful service.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Zaxby'sDear Zaxby's Customer Service Team,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at your restaurant located at 2319 Monroe st Tallahassee Fl on November 4 2023. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the delicious food and friendly service at Zaxby's, but my most recent visit left me extremely unsatisfied.The staff were nice but there was one woman that stuck out and very rude , and it was clear that there was some form of discrimination towards me. I’m sure she was a shift leader or manager I will update this review with her name when I get the information.The drink machine was out of order in the lobby and I was told the drink machine in the kitchen was for drive thru orders only but I observed her get a drink to someone else in front of me from the lobbyI then left the lobby and went to the drive thru window and stood there with my three cups for myself and kids. The staff at the window were appalled that I had to go to the drive thru window for drinks. Horrible experienceI look forward to hearing from you and hope that Zaxby's can regain my respect as a business .

They refused to remake my food after some one else stole my order from the in store pick up it is not my fault someone stole it and not my fault they are under staffed if they have time to make other orders they have time to remake mine after it was
