Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They need to do something about the manager “quad”, never heard a name like that but he’s very rude and unprofessional and I could tell that by the name. I advised him that my fries were cold and soggy and I would like them remade and he showed so much attitude, huffed and puffed, slammed the window in my face and I understand it was busy but that’s no way to treat a customer, especially with how expensive the food is. I will not be returning.

The lady dressed like a guy mumbled as she gave me the wrong order then when she brought me my correct order she told me I need to listen and use my ears even though she couldn’t speak up properly

YESSSS! This is the one on Appalachee!! They have a NEW MANAGER!! I forgot his name but he's definitely New at this particular location! He handles EVERYTHING with grace & no attitude nor does he act like the food or money is coming out of his pocket! But most importantly he's TOP TIER for customer service! Omgggg the fact that the chicken strips were the size of my pinky finger (which is small & thin btw) he checked out food & automatically informed them to give us 5 more! When I tell you I was so proud lol because idk what's going on with Zaxby or the Chickens lately but they have been EXTRA TINY! He understood the amount of food should match the price! We sent $38 on TWO meals ... I said $38 for TWO MEALS 🤦🏽‍♀️ Everyone PLEASE download the app for SOME type of discount he also told us to do the survey which we do EVERY SINGLE time because that man made being at Zaxby's fun with the engagement & made us go back to THIS Zaxby's every time. Just knowing this makes you want to keep going there so we do. I LOOOOOVE & appreciate a person that can read my facial expression without me saying ANYTHING lol he definitely understood the assignment for Zaxby's corporation lol GREAT JOB SIR! Annnnnndddd we don't have any pictures because it was fresh & we were HUNGRY after the game but it was .... Magical lol IDC IDC this day made me smile so hard because for the price we pay on eating out we really should be at home cooking but again, it was late & football makes a person HANGRY lol

I went but every store entry ( they have more than one) was dirty and the smell inside was not to nice. I turn around and leave. If the floor is like this (like at least weeks since they cleaned it... what about the food)

Oh, dear! I've never been so disappointed at a Zaxby's before. Bad smell as soon as we walked in. Dining room and bathroom were dirty. Nasty high chairs were disgusting.
But the food was uniformly good as usual per other Zaxby's we've visited.

Me and my friend just left this specific zaxby’s and got into it with a male worker in nails. Me and my friend are women and he tried to fight us. Regardless of sexuality I am very disappointed by this interaction and hope to get the owners number soon.

zero stars considering i made a mobile order clearly no one can read because i ordered one meal and an extra toast.
the chicken was bone dry and nasty and the fries were just soggy and nasty and they didn’t even give me the extra toast and on top of that the employees are rude and disrespectful i would love my money back for this bs😭😭 and my fries are cold as hell what is wrong with this zaxbys bro yall need to fire your whole crew they do not care abt the job they got period

I want to give a big shout-out to Jamous M., an associate at Zaxby’s. His customer service was absolutely top-tier. He was so friendly, pleasant, and made the whole experience enjoyable. He was also very diligent and attentive, which really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who provides this level of care and professionalism, and Jamous truly did an outstanding job.
