I had a great experience at Zaxby’s. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable, making it a good value. I’ll definitely be back!

I paid extra for additional toppings on my salad and not only didn't get the extra but also didn't get the original topics. And no phone number to call. It goes straight to Verizon call can't be completed. Wt? Very upset about spending so much money and not getting what I paid for.

Went through drive -thry and had to wait 15 minutes. Food was the saltiest food I've ever eaten. Absolutely not fit to eat. Do not go to this location.

Short: Employees cuss and food was stale.
Long: The attending employee at the drive-through was having a profanity laden conversation with a coworker and paid me no mind as they handed me my stale chicken sandwich meal. This has happened on more than one occasion and I now correlate this location with bad food and really unprofessional people. I won’t be back. This place looked at Chick-fil-A and decided to run it exactly the opposite? C’mon Zaxbys, you can do better!

I pulled up to this Zaxbys leaving the hospital so I’m not feeling well, I get to the window to place my order the young lady was very rude! I asked for my chicken to be made well done and she responded WHAT? I said what do you mean what? She went off screaming at me telling me she ask people what all day everyday. Me already having a bad day I only asked to speak with a manger due to my foot being broken I couldn’t get out and walk in so I asked that he comes to the speaker. He did and I was explaining to him what happened she got back on the mic and went to screaming at me over him no one had control over her. I at this point became upset to because she replied she didn’t gaf that I was having a bad day and I could come inside and see her. I had corporate on the phone because at this time I didn’t know that this was a franchised store so the entire thing is recorded. The GM was pulling in at the very same time so he asked me to pull to the window he advised me that he was taking her side and was actually about to kick me out of line for cursing. So I’m attempting to explain to him what got me to the point of finally yelling back after sitting at a speaker being yelled at for 5 minutes. He gave me a very blank stare and asked me if I wanted to place an order still. If you guys contact corporate and have this call replayed those calls are of course recorded it’ll verify everything in saying. The last thing someone wants at a place where they are spending their money is BAD SERVICE! If she can’t be controlled while I speak to a manager how am I supposed yo trust that my food will be safe coming out? I hope you guys find some help, someone who actually cares about your business because this is probably the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.

Service was genuine but food was terrible. I ordered #4 traditional sweet and spicy and a order of 5 tradional wings sweet and spicy. Food was cold and wings was small and dried out so I returned the 5 PC and informed that they was cold. So i asked for some fresh wings. A little back and forth (which is the reason I don't like to return food) but was given hot wings that seemed they over heated some in Microwave and gave to me. Zaxbys is my go to lunch spot when I'm at work in Tampa and being I'm in Tallahassee for meeting a walk away from hotel was perfect but big mistake. And smell in restaurant seemed like bathrooms needed cleaning.

Restaurant had no inside customers, yet 5 cars at outside are parked all over the place waiting for orders. There seems to be no one in change and showing leadership.

I get the food and it’s completely wrong. No sauces, and cold food. For what I paid, the least that could be right is the correct sauce.

Anyway, I’ll never be back. Complete waste of a lunch break.

My first time here. 10 employees, 1 car in drive thru and one door dash order, and yet nobody can take the order, many staff standing around, no soap in the bathroom and when I asked for it they didn’t want to get it and referred me to sanitizer instead of putting soap in the bathroom. They installed the new soap but the dispenser is out of batteries or something so there’s still no soap in the men’s bathroom. Absolutely disgusting, and I’m to eat finger food ?? I had to go to McDonalds next door so I could wash my hands. Manager should be fired, but I didn’t see any manager around. No desserts? Only sides are fries ? This place sucks lmao. Literally never seen such a dysfunctional restaurant and I’ve worked fast food and restaurant industry too. Absolutely embarrassing guys and gals. Do better… the lady taking orders has the awareness of 0 too. lol so embarrassing guys

I don't understand why they always make you pull up & wait for your food when you use the drive thru. I just watched them have 5 cars pull forward or park & wait for their food to be brought out.

This location was the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. It was as if they were mopping with mud instead of fresh water. The floors were filthy, the high chairs haven’t been properly cleaned. The service was decent, but they got a few things wrong. Could’ve been new staff.

Kid-friendliness: It was just really dirty in there that I had to wiped me kids down when we got to the car. Just from sitting in our seats.
