This picture speaks for itself. I used to brag on Zaxby’s salads but today I got bamboozled. For one, I had to crush my own bacon, like, who serves a salad you have to prep yourself. Secondly, I had merely 8 pieces of chicken which were extra crunchy (old) and I had to break those up myself too. My cucumbers were practically soiled and room temperature. I didn’t receive my crushed fried onions which is my favorite part of my salad smh , like, I’m bewildered. & the execution of the kitchen staff at this Zaxby’s is distasteful. Do yourself a favor and take a peep at the inside, I should’ve known then and there not to eat there but I ordered and paid online. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE !

Made the poorest salad ever seen for the cost of it.

Very skimpy on fries in my $14 meal. Also, I order regular seasoning, and I guess that means use a pinch of seasoning to them because it tased like straight potato. Chicken was fine, both boned and tenders.

I have been using this Zaxbys on the mahan and capital circle ne corner for a while now. Today however, the white girl and the young black girl in the drive thru wanted to have an attitude over a drive thru order. Then proceeded to have me wait on an order of fries. 3 cars after us went through the drive thru and got their food ahead of us. I am really appalled over their service today. I highly am disappointed in this Zaxbys location.
To top it off, had to walk in and pick up my order which was already ready but they were too lazy to bring it out or give it to me when I went thru the drive thru the first time.

The service was lacking. I sat at the drive through speaker for four minutes before they talked to me. They were polite and all smiles when I was at the window, which was nice! However the coworkers were talking and laughing, sharing images on one of their phones. I usually enjoy zaxbys meals, but today I bought a meal and realized it came COMPLETELY unseasoned! When I asked for seasoning, I received it smashed flat in a bag, it felt slightly wet leading to it being too clumpy and completely unable to spread over my fries. Switch back to the cups of seasoning please, otherwise there’s no taste to your food!

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat and were pleasantly suprised! The food was great and one of the staff really went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable, giving us four feastables bars although we had only ordered two beast boxes, so that we could each have one. All in all a great restaurant!
