Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

STAY AWAY! The illiteracy at this Zaxbys is unbelievable! Quality control is nonexistent, I ordered sauced wings & things and received COLD dry wings and fingers with what looked like watered down grease mixed with some liquid I assume they thought was buffalo sauce! Even the fries were COLD! And don’t get me started on the missing dipping sauces that I ordered. They couldn’t even get the sliders right. By far the worst Zaxbys in Tallahassee!!!!!

Showed up with a bus full of hungry teenagers for lunch and no notice. Staff was extremely proficient and professional. Food was fresh and staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met.

My fries had no seasoning on them despite me asking for extra seasoning when placing my order 😭 disappointing

The major problem here is the dining room. They renovated it and thereby ruined it. It had been warm and inviting. Now it’s cold and somewhat resembles a garage, thanks mostly to incredibly harsh, bright lighting. What a mess.

You could tell they have not changed the grease in forever, they avoid talking to you to deal with any requests, like asking for a straw, and totally forgot to send a drink. I didn't even complain, I wanted out of there as much as they wanted me gone. It was obvious. Won't be going to Zaxby's again.

They just dumped cleaner all over the sink, toilet, floors and baby changing table and left it there. Didn't clean it off at all

The Asian Zensation salad was delicious. I think the spring roll was better here than from many asian restaurants I have eaten at in Florida. The drive-thru and restaurant were very busy, but the drive-thru like went quickly. My order was ready by the time I pulled up to the window. Ryan (the employee at the window) was very kind, respectful, and had a bright smile.

Good food

Chicken was dry and too crispy. The Zensation Salad had no slaw and the chicken was cold 😩. Overall, I'll still continue going back. Love the food most of the time. Also, we received a large coke and we ordered a large sweet ice tea.
