Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They just dumped cleaner all over the sink, toilet, floors and baby changing table and left it there. Didn't clean it off at all

The Asian Zensation salad was delicious. I think the spring roll was better here than from many asian restaurants I have eaten at in Florida. The drive-thru and restaurant were very busy, but the drive-thru like went quickly. My order was ready by the time I pulled up to the window. Ryan (the employee at the window) was very kind, respectful, and had a bright smile.

Chicken was dry and too crispy. The Zensation Salad had no slaw and the chicken was cold 😩. Overall, I'll still continue going back. Love the food most of the time. Also, we received a large coke and we ordered a large sweet ice tea.

Not sure what has been going on with this location, but every time I've been there for the past few months, it tends to get worse and worse every time, especially during the night.

I've experienced similar experiences eating in and with drive through. Though, I typically dislike drive thru, for some reason, I get my food about 3x quicker then I would eating in, regardless of how busy it is. One time, my girlfriend and I ate in around 1pm and we probably had to wait about 12-15 minutes (it was pretty dead) for two meals, whereas when we take the drive thru later in the day it takes about 2-5 minutes.

The fries are typically not fresh and lack seasoning. Tonight, no seasoning at all.
The toast was also quite underwhelming, as usual.
Their freestyle machine hasn't been right for numerous drinks for many months now. Drive thru or dine in, doesn't matter
The worst has been their chicken. Too commonly it has been overcooked, small, dry, and/or been cooked in old grease. Extremely disappointing as this is the main point of the restaurant.

Man, they are really cheaping out on the consumers. Their tenders are HALF the size they should normally be. Why are they treating their customers like this??

This location has some of the rudest employees I’ve come across. I placed an order on the app and got there 3 minutes after my order should have been ready. They couldn’t find it. Accused me of not ordering, ordering from uber, etc. After being very rude, they found they had already made the food, put it on the pick up rack and someone else took it. Again, not my problem, but they gave me attitude because they had to remake my order. They then made my order wrong and continued to give attitude because they had to correct it. Run, don’t walk away from this location!!

This picture speaks for itself. I used to brag on Zaxby’s salads but today I got bamboozled. For one, I had to crush my own bacon, like, who serves a salad you have to prep yourself. Secondly, I had merely 8 pieces of chicken which were extra crunchy (old) and I had to break those up myself too. My cucumbers were practically soiled and room temperature. I didn’t receive my crushed fried onions which is my favorite part of my salad smh , like, I’m bewildered. & the execution of the kitchen staff at this Zaxby’s is distasteful. Do yourself a favor and take a peep at the inside, I should’ve known then and there not to eat there but I ordered and paid online. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE !
