Tonight we had a great experience. The food was fresh and hot/cold and had great flavors. The assistant manager on duty made my salad personally due to my allergies. Keep up the great work!!

This was a very pleasant experience, as my girlfriend and I haven't been inside this restaurant in several years. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We had a fairly large order and it didn't take very long to get it ready. They included all of the sauces that we requested and the fries were really good!

Lemon Pepper Meal, I ordered with extra lemon pepper..Not for the 1st time sense I've been getting this meal and it was untasteful,,,Plus the fact I had to wait few minutes still Not Good today.

I went to the drive through to get food for myself and my family. The guy that took my order was kind and polite. When I went to pay I wanted to use some of my rewards points to pay for my salad. The salad I wanted was half off, but I had enough points to get a free salad. The manager told me that his computer system would not allow me to use my points for a free salad, but that I could still get a half off salad because of the deal going on. I ended up canceling my salad order. It's ridiculous that the managers there don't know how to redeem points. What good are they if I can't use them? I could have just paid for my salad, but it was the principle of the thing.

There needs to be more stars for the service. Jeylan greeted us and took our order with such warmth, hospitality and enthusiasm that I felt like I was an honored member of his family. The dining room was very clean and well stocked with napkins, straw etc.

Went to this location today 5/13/2025 about 5 something pm. I didn't start to eat the salad until about 6 something pm. While eating some of the salad, I ate some of the cucumbers and had to spit it out. I called my mother and she stated the same thing. What a horrible taste. I don't know what that was. I called and spoke to Shawn the so called manager and he didn't care anything about what I was telling him about the issue, he even goes to say Well I just ate 1 and it was fine. Very rude guy, no I'm sorry about that, NOTHING. Customer service must not have been part of his training.He says well what do you want me to do, do want another salad and I said no. I said well if I can get my money back at least and he said no you can't get that back(very street like). I told him it's ok I'll just put it in Google. I will never ever ever go back there, if I want to live.
