This Zaxby’s location really brought it today on the first snow day in Florida that we saw real snow ever in my almost 40 years of life. This Zaxbys really has improved since my prior review, I believe I left a review about the fact that the employees were fighting with each other While we ordered at some point in the past. Every time I’ve come here recently everybody has been very kind and respectful to each other and to the customers. Even though they were getting hammered because they were so busy today because they were one of the only places open, they provided our food, didn’t make any mistakes and helped us get some dinner.

Food was great service was weird, my only complaint is after purchasing 2 meals they made me pay $.25 apiece for dipping sauce, was not given any sauces at all had to pay for everyone, which wouldn't be a big deal I only wanted 2 sauces, but the guy didn't ring up the sauces nor did he put the money into the cash register.

This location was perfect until recently! I’m not sure who they have working the kitchen but they NEVER toast the bread correctly anymore. They barely toast one side and leave the other entirely raw and without seasoning. This wasn’t a problem until a couple months ago.
