Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered my food online and was actually running behind in picking it up. When I arrived at the drive thru, i was told to pull up by the door and that someone would bring my order out to me. I waited about 30 to 40 minutes before someone came out and asked my name, at which time thru advised my food would be out shortly. 5 minutes later, my food did indeed come out to me, but it was quite apparent it had been sitting because the fries were warm, and there was condensation in the bag. Needless to say, the food was not so good after that. I can't say I won't return, but I will order through the drive-thru like everyone else.

Order zaxby through uber eats ordered big zac pack sent the pieces of chicken tenders & toast× 2 and said no fries when looked up they were both marked small fries.

Stopped by for lunch and my order was taken but the price seemed too low for what I ordered. I inquired at the window only to learn that the employee had decided on her own that I did really want what I had ordered and modified the order without consulting me. When I assured her I did want what I ordered she got an attitude and began bad mouthing me to the other employees. I told her never mind and took the order as she deemed I should have just to save myself the aggravation she was throwing my way.

Staff here gave my delivery to another driver without confirming it, and tried to refuse to remake it until I recorded them on my body camera and called Support then after they remade it, they didn’t give me the drink. I want to ask for that drink they gave me a cup with a hole in it that made a mess all over my delivery box and vehicle. I’ll be sending my body camera video to Zaxby’s corporate office.

Ordered a chicken finger plate. I wanted my tenders dipped in tongue torch sauce, and when I got home to eat, I was annoyed by the lack of attention from the drive-thru associate. I repeated myself 2x to make things easier, and they still got it wrong. It doesn't cost or take much to pay attention. Do better

I would give a 0 but no option. I tried to add on 1 small item at the window and the lady said they can't and that I need to go back to the drive thru. I asked who said that and she replied that she was new and her manager louis said no. They also only gave me 5 fries in my order. Never going back there.

“For future references can you pull up to the door and check your food”

Considering you just gave me two salads, 5 meals in total with no forks, no napkins and one sauce why should I have to pull up to see what’s missing? Now I have to get out my car and come inside? No

3 stars because the food was fresh.

I haven't been to Zaxby's in years because there aren't any where I live, but I've always loved their food. The chicken at this location was HOT. It must have come right out of the friar and was super fresh. Just like I remembered.

One and done for me and my wife at this restaurant. First time ever in a Zaxby’s. My Chicken wings were cold and her chicken sandwich was cold and the french fries were cold. The seasoning on the fries however fantastic, and the seasoning on the chicken wings is amazing as well.

Repeatedly have bad experiences at this location. I don't know if the intercom system is just bad or if the employees just aren't listening, but there is always miscommunication, which leads to orders being wrong.

Great door dash service

As always, every time I come to this Saxbys, they serve me badly ? and they give bad service, I ordered something to take away, they gave it to me on a plate to eat at the restaurant, I told them it was for take away and they gave me the box and told me, do it yourself same . Horrible service.
