Mobile order, got parked, 45 minutes later still hasn't gotten my food. I checked the app and it said it had been ready for almost 30 minutes. I called them and had to complain and then it came out a few minutes later finally. People had been parked after me and already gotten their food and there was an empty line at the drive thru several times while I was waiting. One of the people taking food put to everyone had asked me what I was waiting on several times too, and kept saying it was coming right out, then nothing. Horrible experience.

Having had salads before which were above average for fast food, thought to try a chicken meal due to being in car. The chicken was RUBBERY, tastleless with a coating. FF were tasteless & lukewarm.
Never again.

This Zaxbys always includes all the small details down to the sauces and straws but the quality that is served is poor. Could you imagine this being served at a chic fil a?

Taking one order at a time in the drive thru is not going to cut it. There's a reason people are honking and then leaving. Imagine the money you're losing...

A friend and I went and got some food after shopping. Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious!! The food was not only hot it was so fresh and very good!! I will definitely be returning to this location for more chicken fingers!!

I went through your drive-through and got a four finger chicken finger plate with fries and a large sweet tea. I got the four finger chicken finger plate with fries but my sweet tea peach sweet tea was unsweet had no ice. It was terrible bad service get people in your restaurant to work that really care about folks and not just there to collect the paycheck. They need to learn to take some accountability Trash.

The staff was great!! They were nice and pleasant, service was efficient, and the food was tasty, even though I didn't receive my chicken for my grilled chicken salad.
