I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I have not had great experiences here in the past but I know not to expect much from a fast food place so I've never written them a bad review. This time however, I wanted to give them a big shout out for impeccable service when I visited there with my family last week (this is a week late post I know lol). It was maybe about 8pm and we were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered our food at the counter and the cashier girl was so nice and sweet and very helpful. Then when our food was ready, another one of the employees (a woman that I do not recall her name!) was extremely attentive to us. She brought out our food and asked us if we needed more sauces or some napkins and asked if she could get us any refills of drinks. She was so sweet and nice to us as well and the customer service was knocked out of the park! I've never experienced that from any fast food place except maybe chick-fil-a haha! Thank you so much to those 2 employees who served us that night last week! I wish I remembered their names so that management could know!

$4.99 and there’s only 10 tiny cheese bites? How are you going to charge $5 for almost nothing. The fries are completely season less and are soggy as could be. I live right of the road like 2-3 minutes away how did they are just wet and not even warm??
Idk what’s going on with this place but I wouldn’t come here again.

The quality of food here is terrible. Killearn needs more chicken places as I’m never coming back here. Order is never, ever right and always cold. They keep giving us small cups when we pay for larger and refuses to make it right. Avoid at all costs

Once again I got boneless wings and things and my wings and my tenders which I asked to get tossed too are dry. Hardly can even tell they tossed it looks like I asked for them to be plain. And this is at every zaxbys I ever go to not just this one.

This is the worse place on the NE side of town. They don’t care if your order isn’t correct and will NOT issue a refund. I will MEVER order from here again. The owner should be ashamed of himself for his crapy customer service!!

It's a Zaxby's!
First time in my 60 yr life I’ve taken food back to a fast food store. Upon leaving and arriving 5 min later at home to eat a house fried salad, I opened the container to find over half the salad was rotten. Slimy balls of lettuce - too much to pick a random piece off- it was the whole thing. So I brought it back and asked for a refund . I asked the teenage staff to maybe comTunicate the the staff about this issue with the hopes they’d evaluate their salad mix in the back- but instead she wanted to refund not the whole meal but hold back for a drink. Look,… they should have never hesitated in a full refund, I mean ,… the inconvenience alone was worth the cost of $1.49 tea. Instead one wanted to say well it’s not our fault, our salad comes in big bags, etc… duh. Here’s the thing go back there, whoever loaded that salad should be checking not only what’s in the “bag” but watching what they’re loading into containers for people to eat. Thank me for telling you so you can make sure people don’t get physically sick. The staff surely needs training and oversight on what to do if someone brings back rotten food. I’d be more than refunding them. I certainly wouldn’t be holding back a damn drink price. Again, I’ve never complained or returned a meal In my life, but I hope a manger sees this and just gives the teens they employ some training. I wish I had taken a photo. Ugh. Hindsight.
