Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxby’s is Zaxby’s if you have never tried it go ahead and give it a try. One of my children is dedicated to the competitor, big chicken, fast food restaurant and another of my kids is completely dedicated to Zaxby’s. So Zaxby’s is a place that we frequent. What I have to say and share about this particular location is that they are generallyquick and they generally provide the order correctly. On that note between Zaxby’s and Chick-fil-A, I feel like those are the only two fast food restaurants that don’t frequently or ever mess up your order. If you’ve never tried Zaxbys, give it a try.

Fantastic food and super service with very friendly staff and management. My fave right not are the chicken fingers, the french fries, with bread and also the fried white cheddar cheese bites! They are the best!

I started going to this Zaxby's because my usual one on Capital Circle NE is closed for renovations. It's certainly a more updated decor, but I don't think the food is as good. I've been there twice in the past two weeks. The first time they gave us boneless wings instead of the traditional wings I ordered. The second week I got the traditional wings I ordered but the fingers were covered in the same sauce as the wings instead of being unsauced like they are supposed to be. I also saw some concerning behavior in the kitchen this week. There were three young men in the kitchen and they appeared to be attempting to toss food in each other's mouths. I saw some of it fall on the floor and some of it land on the counter near other food. In addition, one of the guys had medium-long hair and it was not tied back or in a net. I'll probably go back next week but I really hope my old location reopens soon.

They don’t do well fulfilling larger Online orders. I’ve lost count how many times I get no sauces, missing a kids meal or two, etc. I think the problem is them bringing the order out when there are more than 2 bags. Don’t do large online orders unless you want to go in and verify everything

Went through the drive thru last night (Saturday) around 845 pm. Had a good experience, but it looks like vaping is now allowed behind the counter?

I really enjoyed the food here. I had chicken tenders with fries and grilled Texas toast, and washed it down with delicious sweet tea. You should try it! The service is fast and appears to be a very clean establishment. If you're looking for a nice place to eat with your loved ones, visit this family friendly environment.

Place was dirty with trash overflowing in cans, straws and napkins on floor, dirty tables and given tray that was not clean. Spoke with Liam the manager on shift, but he seemed very afraid to speak to me and wasn't sure what to do next. Note to y'all. Take pride in your store and keep it clean. Was there on 05/31/2024 around 6:30 pm.

From order to receiving time, it was 10+ minutes. Once I received my order, the toast was burnt, the fries were cold, but the chicken strips were hot.
The staff seemed very preoccupied with gossiping and texting.

Visited store 57301 at 1:52pm. Cashier supper courteous and professional. I was disappointed that my order of Cheddar Bites were not in the bag when I got home. Called phone number on the receipt. No answer. ?. I live 30 miles away. Very disappointing...

First of all they try to give you four pieces of popcorn chicken and call it chicken fingers. The next is they have burnt fries which they call Fresh. The manager had no problems what he was trying to serve or even care about the customer service. This Zaxby's is not one you should ever go to because there's definitely no idea customer service or proper food handling. Another company only concern about getting your money and not realizing where your money comes from. Working hard all day long with back obreaking jobs, it doesn't matter what job you have, places like this takes advantage of the working class. They will rob you as much as they can just to earn a extra dollar from the working people. Customer service and proper food respect is what I care about, I will not spend $12 for one small piece of chicken because you think that's how it's supposed to be. On another note never go to this Zaxby's they serve the same helping as they do prisoners. Yeah this is worse than prison because you have to pay for the prison food.

Purchased a wings and things meal… came with 13 French fries, 3 pieces of popcorn chicken, with 5 traditional bones…Def was not worth the money…I wouldn’t recommend this location until they change there service… it’s unacceptable
