I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I have not had great experiences here in the past but I know not to expect much from a fast food place so I've never written them a bad review. This time however, I wanted to give them a big shout out for impeccable service when I visited there with my family last week (this is a week late post I know lol). It was maybe about 8pm and we were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered our food at the counter and the cashier...

I would say most of my family enjoys Zaxby's Chicken Fingers more than I do. That being said, I'm not a huge fast food fan so that probably makes sense. Been there a couple times largely for the grandkids. Service is pretty good.

My cashier, Craig, provided excellent service, nearing closing time. He showed true dedication to good chicken, and a clean restaurant. If I were the Zaxbys manager I would DEFINITELY give him a decent sized pay raise.
