First time at Zaxby’s on this side of town, my food came out fast and hot and the young lady at the drive-through window was so nice to me and my kids. she was a fresh of breath air compared to the other Zaxby’s by Walmart.

The last couple of times I have been to this location my drink is always made wrong and when asked to be fixed still made wrong. I just went recently and the cashier A’Nnida tried to tell me what sauces she switch out for me when I asked for two extra sauces to be added on not exchanged. Then caught an attitude when I tried to tell her what I asked for and ended up in one of the sauces being thrown on the floor.

Ordered the boneless wings and things and once again there not a bit of sauce is on the boneless wings. This happens every time at every zaxbys I go to. Doubt I’ll be going to zaxbys much from now on it used to be great.

Had my boyfriend go get me some “boneless” chicken and they were OLD and re-dropped when he clearly stated he wanted them dropped fresh! 1/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

This is the 3rd time I have at this location, pulled into the far lane only to sit for over 10 minutes while cars in the other lane move up. I get the attention of the staff by saying hello only to be told to hold on and no one takes my order. If you only have staff for one lane then CLOSE the second one...its that simple.

I buy 2 salads from this store a few minutes ago and was and it was disgusting. I didn’t have enough time to take it back so I’m putting a review and I love me some zaxbys but this is nasty I put a few pieces on picture half of the salad was looking like this I paid almost 23 dollars drive thru

Extremely nasty, building is always dirty. Grease slick on etire bathroom floor, causing me to almost fall 3-4 times.

I can't say I've ever been to a slower Zaxby's. The saving grace is that the food is great, but then it's great at any Zaxby's. We got very basic meals in the middle of the afternoon, with one other car in line. By the time we left with food, there were three cars parked and waiting with more behind us. It's not the first time I've sat in this line, I tried to give them more than one chance. I can't imagine what could slow a drive through that much, but if I want Zaxby's again I'm driving down the road to the next one.

I want to give a huge shout out tooKamari Strong at the location at the end of Crawfordville Highway in Tallahassee 32305. I just got the brand new fajita quesadilla not only did this person make this so amazing but I swear it looked like the commercial unfortunately, I don’t have a picture because I ate it very quickly. This place is absolutely outstanding. This location is great. They’ve always been kind But this employee needs to be recognized. Great job. I really hope they don’t go anywhere. Thank you so much. This was a day when I was really tired and didn’t want to cook or clean and everyone was just spectacular ordering online was super easy. Pick up was super easy 100% a location you should go to And if you’re lucky enough getting this employee on their shift.
