My visit to this location was by way of the drive-thru. Service was friendly, there was no extended delay in receiving my food, and it was still hot when I sat down to eat at home. Drive-thru service can be hit or miss at times, but this one was a great experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was. Many recent experiences at most other 'fast food' type establishments have been terrible, poor and unfriendly service, unacceptable food, and just getting the felling that I was bothering staff by wanting to order food. This visit at Zaxby's I found the counter person was welcoming, seemed excited that I was there, and was very helpful. The two salads I ordered were prepared promptly and correctly. They...
