best workers and locals and better than cheers

Impossible to get service. And I am forced to leave a tip for bad/no service. If I have to walk to the bar for every drink and to order food, I shouldn't have to tip. 3 weekend in a row of the same thing.

Food was great the atmosphere is good the series sucks the bartender half the time is standing around you have to go and order your drink because the server decide not to take your order and when they do that will be the last you see them the back people bring your food out your waitress not even comes over and see if you need anything and if you do you have to go it yourself.
Then they charge 18% to your bill for a tip for themselves self's service sucks there so so so bad that's why they have to hide the tip and add it to your bill you should have the right to tip when you want to...
The 18% was charged when it was just 2 people so please explain that I got charged 18% when I was sitting at the bar just me ,myself and I so that's all a lie that you just said on that ...

Bartender put an autograt on my ticket. I was one person with a tab under 100. The grat is in a sneaky location on the ticket. Read your tab!!!! That is a dirty way to do people. It's on the ticket where it looks like tax.

Went to shoot pool with a buddy on a Sunday night. Tables were flat , sticks were straight. It was 15 bucks an hour for two people. I enjoyed myself.

The food is amazing the place itself is a little outdated but the tables are well maintained. The servers are atrocious to say the least. We were out of town for the week working to repair hurricane damage and we came here on two separate occasions the first occasion no issues what so ever. The second time they refused service because two of our id’s were still in the hotel. Which is no big deal normally when you can just go grab them but the fact I spent 250$ the night before and were never asked for id to then be refused service the next night for forgetting them. And receive attitude when asking what the difference between the two nights were. Later asked the same server for a bottle of water and if she knew what kind it was and she informed me it’s not her job to know the waters brand it’s her job to serve it. It’s sad the servers truly ruin a place with potential

We went to Zengales on the advice of our hotel receptionist at Wyndhan Gardens Tallahassee ( thanks Monique!). I'm so glad we listed to her.

Zengales is much more than a pool hall. It has a great vibe and is a very good bar and restaurant in it's own right.

When you have bar persons like "Rae" and "Emily," you have fantastic service, great conversations and amazing drinks.

Add to the mix, an extensive menu and great food, then you have a recipe for an experience to remember. This is a hidden gem the locals are hiding.

Top notch pool hall with tons of great 9' Diamond tables with tight pockets. Really good food for a pool hall with nice burgers and an excellent blackened shrimp salad when you want to play pool but you're still trying to get some fresh greens in your diet. Wings are good too for the high protein folks.

Great fun place, Michael is an awesome owner and a great bar tender as well. I love throwing darts there. ??

Great professional service, I felt so welcome! Sam was our waitress, and was so friendly! I will be back again!
