Out of all the Pollo Tropical locations in the area, THIS location is my favorite. Personally, everyone I’ve ever dealt with at this location has always been polite. I do drive thru mainly, so anyone at the window is always smiling when I interact with them. My order is always correct, the food is always hot, and they always ask if I need any additional items for my meal. I gave this review below awhile back and it was the experience I had back then. But I must follow up and say since those experiences I had they have up their game and it has improved. Keep getting better and we will keep returning.
@pollotropical I'm sorry to say, your Tamarac Florida location (Commercial Blvd,) needs a complete personnel overhaul .. Never seen so many disgusted customers, wrong orders and low morale of employees in one restaurant. Unfortunate...
