We had two meals here, a proper dine-in dinner and breakfast to go. The food was adequate and tasty enough for a Hyatt restaurant near the airport. This is quite a large Hyatt with two towers so the place was pretty busy but not overwhelmed. There were no long waits. The service crew was friendly and appropriate but nothing over the top in terms of warmth and affability... if that's a word even.. they kept my debit card too which I didn't discover until we were long gone; only mildly inconvenient with today's technology.

We came for the breakfast buffet and Jane B was amazing. Perfect amount of attentive but also let us enjoy our meal. The food was good with a solid variety of options. Would definitely come back next time we stay.

Please see Rog at the bar, he is the best and will take care of you!!! Breakfast was SPECTACULAR!! It may look like an ordinary breakfast but the taste from this kitchen will make you want to slap your Momma (don’t do that) ?. They out did their selves

I thought this was a good restaurant inside the Grand Hyatt. There was a good selection of food that wasn’t overwhelming.I got the Tampa Chicken Sandwich. It was very good and the fries were also delicious. Our waitress kept our drinks topped off and stayed on top of us. Job well done from this place.

We were looking for a nice Sunday brunch spot after a morning graduation and this place kept coming up. We called to make sure they could accommodate 13 people and they said yes. When we got there there were two tables lined up with about 7 breakfast items over those little oil can burners but not much food. A girl came out and said we were welcome to take a couple of styrofoam containers with us but they could not accommodate 13 people. It makes me wonder if the reviewers had ever been to a nice brunch before. No mentioned of how much they would have charged to take out two containers of food they were about to throw out.

Everything is insanely overpriced. My husbands $23 burger didn’t even come out with condiments. I got the palm pesto pasta $25 a small bowl of pesto noodles which were good but the hearts of palm and broccoli were so hard and chewy like wood I couldn’t even eat them. The waitstaff didn’t care to offer to do anything about it, acted like well sorry about your luck here’s your bill.
