We were searching for a "new" place to eat and happened upon this place called "Frankie's on Franklin" that looked like a bar but they had a sign up that said "Yes, we serve food" so we gave it a shot. There was about 5 people in there at the front bar and no one in the seating in the back where we were sat by the waitress. After she sat us it was like she completely forgot we were there. we waited 10 minutes before I finally got up and asked if someone was going to wait on us. She seemed confused as to who she should tell then eventually took our order herself. When we asked about different meals she kept having to ask someone else in the restaurant for the answers. Finally we just all ordered burgers and fries because we were super hungry at this point and didn't want to wait anymore. 25 minutes later we STILL didn't have our food. Food finally came after we almost left and the minute we saw the burgers we knew they were some kind of frozen patties. They were HUGE and overcooked and very over-seasoned with a terrible salty seasoning. I ate 1/2 and couldn't make myself take another bite! All 4 of us barely finished and just ate the fries. We asked for the check at this point and just wanted to get the heck outta there. They should have a sign that says "yes, we serve food... but we Shouldn't!"

Ok so let me start by saying I like this place. Why? Because it has a cozy small vibe for situations where I don't want big and crowded. That being said let me talk about my experiences. My first visit last year late summer/early fall was super positive. Had the corn bread appetizer along with the grilled cheese sandwich. It was an amazingly great experience. We ate outside in the early summer eve great weather and it was still light out. Fast forward to my last couple visits.. idk but there is a difference in the food and menu. Yeah I know there's been a management or ownership change. There doesn't seem to be any cohesiveness overall and that needs to be addressed. It's such a great spot in a great location and they need to be killing.

Not enough seating for more than a handful of people. Place was empty, yet still took over an hour to get our food. When it did finally come, the chicken was undercooked. Highly dissatisfied. My best friend was here last week, and said she had the same issues.

Update. Served a raw hamburger. Avoid like the plague. Disguisting food undercooked.slow service. Infused tea tastes like cough syrup.

Great restaurant. My wife and I stopped by for lunch and enjoyed a great meal and some local beer. Prices are reasonable and the staff were friendly. Of course they played Country music, my favorite, so what's not to like. As a disabled veteran in a wheelchair access was not a problem in the restaurant. I did not try the restroom so I can't comment on that.

I came here for lunch on a weekday right after they opened. I wanted to try their chicken and waffles, and unfortunately they ran out. I ended up ordering a pulled pork sandwich and fries, which came out quickly since it wasn't busy. It was delicious. The waitress was nice, and I also liked the atmosphere.

This place has terrible service. We sat and waited for at least 20 minutes with no server coming over. We literally had to yell at someone to take our order. Then we waited for at least an hour for our food. We didn't even get our appetizer. We had to cancel our order and leave because we were going to miss our show. The only positive thing is that they comped our drinks for the terrible service and long wait. I would not recommend going here. They were short staffed and the staff seemed to have no clue what they were doing.
