They're constantly quote adjusting Their prices up-and-down like 1 week Eminem popcorn was 3 something for the bag and didn't win up to 6 something for the same bag 2 days later the deals if you go and say that like when they had their pizza deal 898 large pizza 4 Pepsi products the little bottles you know that I'm the cooler and that was the bonus for buying the pizza only if you bought a cash but if you bought it on food stamps credit card sure why not debit card yeah every other way gift card why not As long as it wasn't E BT If you're bored don't regret this door you just get stuck with the $15 and change pizza that's no bonus no nothing extra it doesn't even ring app your bonus point on your account id your phone number and they always ring app everything super super fast so they are all free items be sure you have a watchful eye to pay attention to these cashiers they are always sneaking in extra dollars have fun watch out I would just not go

The manager of this store is the rudeness person here, I ask her nicely to refill the latte machine that was saying milk empty and her response was that she don't know how to fix it with a ugly attitude. When I told her is not fixed is just fill the milk and her sarcastic response was oh yeah I'm stupid and then I get angry because she is the manager of the store her first responsibility is keep the customers happy. I stop today again and the same problem was happen and the employee that was there fix the problem in 2 min what the manager should do yesterday. I'm a regular customer and this lady is a nasty person for have the position she have.

Just left this place boiling hot. They have the worst management team I assume because the manager today acted if she came out the guttas of china projects. Like she wasn't trained on any kind of customer service skills. Very unprofessional setting and with the leaders acting like this will be the reason I stopped before and will stop again going to this location and it's sad because I don't know another one that has the lemonade slurpee machine

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! This is not the first but the SECOND time we’ve gotten BAD MILK from this 7/11. Being that Walmart is no longer 24/7 this store (among others) is what has to suffice us if we need anything after hours or out of our work schedule. When brought back up to the store IMMEDIATELY after going home and pouring me a glass, the person at the front says there’s nothing they can do. The expiration date wasn’t even until July which means somebody left it out to get warm and then tried to resell it by putting it back in the cooler. HORRIBLE customer service and this is somewhere I’ve frequented late at night. DO BETTER!

Very dirty customer service bad mouth allday if I would have my store smelling like bad milk n my system would be low and I wouldn't get any recipe for my 15.01 gas transaction than these immigrants would call health department and shut my store down quick. Iam by the way a hard working immigrant too that goes everyday to this store to get my gas n coffee but I don't need to get disrespect as a woman if I ask for my recipe!
