Terrible service, food mediocre at best, music blasting so loud you could barely talk at your table on a late Sunday morning. I ordered the french toast with chicken and it came with two pieces of french toast, one which was burnt beyond burnt on both sides (not edible). Food looked nothing like what was posted on their website. Very deceiving. We had reservations and after we ordered our food, we waited at least an hour for it to get to our table. Before we left, I went to the ladies room, and it smelled so disgusting that I could not stay. I tuned around and left immediately and went somewhere else to go the bathroom. It felt dirty and germy inside and we will not ever go back.

If you like very loud music, slow service, and food that looks NOTHING like what the site pictures portray, then this is the place for you. My wife and I were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the overall experience. The deviled egg featured appetizer looked nothing like the picture online. Deviled eggs arrived a bit shriveled looking and the chicken pieces looked like they were picked pieces of chicken from a dried up chicken wing (seriously). Very unprofessionally plated too. My wife’s entree’ was chicken and French toast. One slice of french toast was very burned and the chicken was overcooked and dry. My shrimp and grits were ok but (unprofessionally) poorly prepared and plated. We waited close to an hour to get our food and the place was not too busy. We called some of this out to the server but she didn’t seem too concerned. Our Champaign were served in plastic flutes. For these price points, one would expect much better! We honestly are people that do not generally complain, but this needed to be shared.

Yaya was absolutely great! Absolutely loved my experience at 7th & Grove! The food was flavorful and well-presented, the service was attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere was vibrant without feeling overwhelming. Perfect spot for a night out with friends or a date night. I’ll definitely be back
