We booked them on June 2022 and the woman we spoke with Maria told us that if we signed a contract with them that weekend it would lock in our price. Our wedding was April 2023 so as a bride then I was panicking because I wasn’t sure if we could find a new caterer within our budget since they changed prices on us! Thankfully I had a great wedding coordinator who was able to find a better caterer within our original budget so we voided the contract with Affordable Catering. We did get our deposit back thankfully.

I'm so unhappy with this company for my wedding for so many reasons. Our food was cold for my wedding, they were so unorganized they were fighting with my bartenders, we were supposed to have played dinner & ended up having buffet, we were supposed to have left over food for take home and just had a trey of veggies it's ridiculously expensive and so unprofessional.

Had a terrible experience with Affordable Catering in Tampa. I worked with an employee to create a detailed quote for our wedding catering and bar service that we were happy with, and then a few months later, their catering manager called to tell me basically all the substitutions and add-ons were incorrectly priced and they would not honor our contract. It's actually written into the contract, "Affordable Catering is not responsible for salesperson errors," so they can basically promise you the world and then deliver on none of it. I initially didn't even know I was working with a "salesperson", I thought our first contact would be who we worked with the entire time up to our wedding! I was deeply disappointed and we ended up cancelling our contract and working with a different caterer.

Affordable catered my wedding reception. The food was great! Had the chicken marsala, green beans, cesar salad, potatoes and rolls. Not 5 stars because communicating was sometimes difficult.
