Outstanding customer service, and the cake turned out wonderful and delicious! The entire staff was so incredibly nice and helpful from start to finish while ordering my daughters birthday cake. I ordered it I believe on a Friday, and needed it by Wednesday. I submitted a picture of how I wanted the cake to look, and honestly it looks better than the inspiration photo. Super happy as a first time customer and I can't wait to order more cakes with them in the future.

We cannot say enough great things about Alessi. They did our wedding cake and dessert bar at our reception. Not only was it beautiful it tasted so yummy. The little bite size assorted desserts were a hit.

I have been going to Alessi's for years and just stopped to get some scachatta and a couple pastries. The guava and cheese pastry was almost burnt and very dry. The scachatta was dry and stale. So disappointed.
