Incredible, the worst cake I have ever been able to buy, what a disappointment that someone with effort orders a cake to be made and they give you something so poorly made, it seems like it was free (I would prefer a thousand times one from Walmart for 14 dollars, than to pay 68 dollars for something so badly carved, I also asked for guava, and it had part of caramel, and the guava spread, they should give the same service to everyone, do their work with love, apart from the all-watered sigh and a low to egg (horrible never again
I edited this review because they called back to offer to fix it. But I didn't delete it because it still happened and if the cake was meant to be taken straight to the party it wouldn't be possible.
Original review: 1 star.
We ordered a cream cake with brown and they didn't give a pink cake with flowers. They did nothing to fix their mistake. A place without professionalism. The name they wrote looks awful. It doesn't matter how “cute” the design looks if it's nothing like what we asked for.
Diana’s bakery is truly delicious. Diana made me a small cake about my favorite show one piece. The cake tasted delicious and I would order here anytime

Unfortunately I have a bad taste, I had use this bakery before and it was an excellent service. Great cake. I had bought Dominican cake there before even not too long ago about two months ago and it was great. It was smooth, It was a true Dominican taste, however yesterday my cake was dry was not what I ordered and unfortunately they were not on time either.

I was looking for a place that sells authentic Dominican cakes. I’m Dominican and can tell a real Dominican cake from a fake one. I was excited to find this place and immediately bought a cake. The outer appearance was beautiful. Albeit, kinda small, I still bought a whole cake for $36. I brought it home, excited, and cut into it and was instantly disappointed. The cake itself was dry. It tasted like it’s been on display for months. Even the frosting was terrible. I couldn’t even finish one slice. My parents ate some too and threw theirs out. The cake sat on my table for a week and disgusted with it we just threw it out. We knew from other reviews they’re not even ganna give us a refund. Don’t buy cakes here if you want authentic Dominican quality.

This is my third time ordering with Diana. Great customer service. Outstanding taste is like having A little piece of my country Dominican Republic here in the US. Highly recommended for cakes and pastries.

We are super happy and satisfied with the service we received from Diana Delicias Bakery. We ordered a cake that served about 50 people for our gender reveal and let's just say it didn't last! It was delicious and the presentation was so beautiful. 100% recommended. ??

I’m not the type of person to write google reviews but I’m tired of the food quality here since I have given them so many chances, I used to love this place but sadly their food quality has gone down hill, the desserts are not good as they were I truly miss the other owners, this place is advertised as Dominican but I feel like the all need a trip back to motherland because I order a 1/2 tres leches I even told the lady i live extremely far and I really hope that is good since I had issues with them in the pass where I have purchased tres leches and when I get to eat them they are bad so she reassure me that 1/2 tres leche was good and wet inside which was my mine main concern when I got home and I was serving the cake the first thing I noticed is that the cake didn’t even had supiro dominicano and the cake was dry inside just like a regular cake THIS WAS NOT a 3 leches at all.
I called them up since we also order slices of Dominican cake each for $6.00 which seems crazy to me and the dulce de leche was so so bad the cake was extremely dry and the dulce de leche was so hard, I have taken Dominican cake classes and trust me I know about quality This wasn’t quality at all. They refused to give me a refund since the owner is out of town and the lady said she could give me another dessert like if I’m going to waste my gas to come here again to have a bad dessert, they have lost me as a client this was the last chance I gave them to make it right.
Plus whenever you place an order for pick up is never ready when tell you, I know inflation is bad but the keep raising their prices and instead of having consistent with their portions they keep making them smaller!
