Server was excellent! Give him a raise. Forgot his name but he has arm tattoos. I got the cheese burger and had to take it home. Even delicious the day after.

I went there around 6ish and stand by the host line (there was no waiting) and this waitress with 2 braids and her front hair was dyed yellow/blonde she walked 3 times in front us while seeing us without even telling us to wait a second while she calls the host whom wasn’t even where she was supposed to be (the host) so we sat at a table where thy saw us a lot of time because the host have came to her spot already she saw us and didn’t ever come to our table to give us menu, when I raised my hand to ask her for it because I had to she told me from there that I had to wait till she sat us, wait how long(???? so i got up and asked her for a manger and she told me the same again, like ?? Anyways I left because I didn’t want to have a bad moment, but there stuff shouldn’t happen at restaurant, I worked at applebees for years and this stuff wouldn’t happen at mine, their faces expression nothing a manager should keep there.

Super friendly staff, food was amazing, and did I mention the food was amazing. I got the grilled cheese cheeseburger with the tomato soup.

I will preface this by saying i stopped coming to applebees yearssss ago because of horrible service and low quality food. today i decide to give them a redemption. We arrived at 10:23 pm. upon arrival there was no one at the front to greet and we didn’t get acknowledged for about 2 minutes (it’s a tuesday night and maybe 3 tables). when we finally got sat it was another 5 minutes before a server came. we ordered two waters, and the 2 for $25 combo. The food was actually decent and above my expectations for applebees. maybe 8-9 minutes later our appetizer comes out. we still don’t have our waters. maybe another 15-20 minutes and the food comes. we both got the chicken parmesan fettuccine pasta that is supposed to come with a piece of bread (surprise, it didn’t) the server said she would bring it out once it was ready. we finish eating and the bread is still not there and we have not had refills. these might sound like nit picky things but having an inattentive server really subtracts from the experience of dining in. The server seemed sweet but 0 sense of urgency or attention to detail. i’ll probably stick with chilis.

This Applebee’s location needs to get it together. I ordered delivery through GrubHub and they forgot to give the driver the drinks for the kids meals that were included. They also put the dessert that included ice cream in with the hot food so the ice cream didn’t have a chance of not being milk by the time it arrived.Do better please.

This particular Applebee's is always quite the vibe. The only thing it desperately needs is shorter wait times.

Maybe corporate should stop nickel and dime'ing and hire more staff so that these obviously overworked crew members can actually enjoy a better quality of life at work?

Garlic Parmesan boneless wings. Dude. Thought I’d be done when you guys took away the fajitas but here I am ordering this slop. Good grief, get it together or you’ll be falling into Ruby Tuesday land.

They changed their menu and the food is so good now! The daily specials are great too. We had quit going here for a little bit because of the food, service and prices, but glad we tried it again. We now go 2-3 times a month and its been great every time.

Unless I'm going crazy 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I could have sworn Friday and Saturday nights they use to close at 2 A.M. this new change at 1 A.M. is horrible corporate needs to go back to 2 A.M.

Different menu than I remember, but for the better. Loved the food and the service was exceptional.
