***DONT EAT HERE - Got called an asshole by the main bartender for no reason***
I walked in waited 5 mins and everyone was ignoring me so I asked the bartender what the deal was and she said the girl who handles the orders will be right up. After sitting for 10 mins without any one asking to help..
I asked her if she could “please go check on the food or ask for the girl who normally does the uber eats” and she went to the back and screamed for someone to “come to front and check on this guys order because he’s being an asshole” mind you this was 2 feet away from me
Needless to say the manager walked out 30 seconds later with 2 bags of food (mine included) that were just sitting back there
Manager was nice about it but this place sucks don’t go here, staff is rude and useless - several people walked past and said nothing, even the manager admitted to seeing me standing there for a while because he was going back and forth
She won’t get fired because she’s the only person miserable enough to be the full time Applebees bartender so that’s the only reason I’m writing the review just wanted to warn everyone

Was supposed to be curbside pickup, waited 20 minutes then went inside to see what the problem. Handed me the food and realized after I got home only part of the order was there. Be a while before I go back.

The food is great but all of the staff seems to have attitudes with everyone. I overheard a group of employees come from the kitchen area and bar complaining about people ordering their food to go. After bad service at the bar and a long waiting experience to receive the drinks, gee, I can't imagine why anyone would rather eat the food at home- or anywhere else but around this staff.

Went after Church and no one acknowledged my husband and I. My husband walked out and I followed him. Highly dissatisfied. So shocked that 2 people saw us and no one said anything, not a word. I let them know about it before I walked out. Both gave excuses, poor customer service skills and awful in this day and time. We will never return again.

Visited from out of town with a party of 7. The server seemed so bothered that she had to serve us. She was rolling her eyes and had the most attitude. We got up and left. I am not begging to spend my money. We asked a couple questions and she was bothered she had to repeat herself. I would never ever go back to this place.
