Had this creep manger watch me and my girlfriend eat our food and kept trying to talk to us and kept watching us really creeped out be aware I think he’s the manager

I was so disappointed. I usually come here and get the oriental chicken salad and it's wonderful but come to find out after 11:30 on the weekdays they do not do food and as well as they don't do it correctly I guess because I just wanted my regular Christmas it was old dried out was not what I asked for at all and I thought giving the waiter a $5 tip would have made him pay attention to detail, it didn't. I don't know how to explain because I have come here and every other time I have come to the location my salads have been fine, this time my chicken was hard my breadsticks were hard my cabbage was dry my extra noodles did it come in it and there was no lettuce at all just cabbage and almonds and carrots I don't know how to explain how mad I was when I got home because I thought giving him a $5 tip would have made the salad better than usual but it made it worse than usual.
UPDATE: So it took a month or two but the franchise owner and the manager of this location rectified the situation.

Almost abysmal. On a very slow Sunday with maybe a five other guest seated in the restaurant, I waited 20 minutes To get my drink, and then another 20 minutes until I was able to order my food. The chicken was tough and near unchewable. The waitress wasn’t unfriendly, but very disinterested in her job. The floors were sticky and so were the tables. There was a bit of yelling coming from the kitchen and as the guest, I shouldn’t be able to hear that. The bathrooms were disgusting. At least I was able to get a free refill of my drink. I should’ve gone to Chili’s instead.

I would like to take this opportunity to highlight Don, the manager of this Applebee’s.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the restaurant was understaffed, yet Don welcomed us kindly and made sure we were seated promptly. He even brought us water himself, and as soon as other customers left, he stepped in to bus the tables. Nowadays, it’s rare to see a manager so willing to take on every task to ensure guests are satisfied. His dedication and leadership truly stood out.

Ladies night was a success, we enjoyed ourselves, in the busy but peaceful atmosphere, families and just folks hanging out enjoying a good time. Thanks to the laughs we shared and for the easy conversation with our waiter Chris. Drinks were yum and so was the food.

Today we had Dominique excellent service food was good . Wife and I had a great time . Definitely coming back and asking for Dominique ! Service means everything. Ask for her when you come.
My mistake. I still tipped because of all the servers in my own family but what a let down.
