Applebee's Grill + Bar

There's no such thing as a parking spot close to the entrance door at this particular Applebee's - which presents a real challenge for handicapped patrons. I usually sit at the bar when dining alone, which can be a problem at some Applebee's, including this one. Service can be Hit & Miss as the bartender is also responsible for several tables, usually NOT close to the bar - other servers also had to stand and wait while the bartender tended to tables. My food came out at more of a Heat Lamp temperature than fresh hot, and the wait between drinks was dependent on the bartender's OTHER duties. I complimented the cook on the Eye Appeal of my dish, as it was much better constructed than at most other Applebee's - and it was delicious.

I just visited this location with my husband for dinner there wasn't even 15 people dining in the whole place and we sat for 20 some minutes to be waited on and not 1 person came to talk to us so we got up and left and 8 decided to call them on my way home about 5 minutes last on February 20th between 6:45 and 7 pm Thursday whoever the girl was that answered my call after I asked to speak to a manager she kept asking me for my name and I said I'm a customer I'm not giving you my name and she kept in
sisting and asked to speak to a manager she got aggressive and very disrespectful and then just plain hung up tue phone what kind of management is this the food is fine its the people they got in there dealing with customers I've been to this location over 6 year period i will not go back after that

I visit this location often and it's always good.but I was just there 5 minutes ago to eat dinner with my wife it took longer than usual to get seated but once we did we sat there for a whole 25 minutes watching people come in and be served the whole time we sat there not 1 time did anyone come speak to us and there's not even 15 whole people in the restaurant.so as we watched 1 more couple come in be seated and get there drinks in less than 5 minutes we got up and decided to walk out.still sitting in the parking lot my wife decided to call that location and speak to a manager and let me tell you the lady that answered that phone was aggressive disrespectful and hung up on my wife.bad employees horrible management

I got the bacon burger.... After a few bites I had to take a shit.... It sounded like gunshots.... Flies out my ass.... I don't recommend.....

I don't really go in person.... but I have ordered take out and while I do receive what I order....they have changed something about the boneless wings, i used to absolutely love their boneless wings but it's seems like maybe they changed the sauce, idk....lol but now they're nasty and soggy. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD

I ordered my food and came in to pick up door just to stand for 15 minutes without a proper greeting and and one of your employees having a full blown conversation seeing me standing at the pick up door worst Applebee's to go too.

No idea how the food was. I came in by myself and waited close to 10 minutes without anyone coming over to seat me and the place was practically empty.

Very disappointed. Took my friend for lunch , we decided on the chicken sandwich.. the picture we pointed out to was clearly fried chicken after a half hour we were brought a grilled chicken sandwich.. sent it back to have what we ordered .. 20 minutes later .. I'm pretty positive they just dipped the same piece of chicken and fried it.. they put it on the same bun , the bottom on the bun was soggy, and on top of that the same fries came back with it .. Luke warm and stale already .. had to ask for fresh fries.. I will not be back .. it too bad because I was taking to my friend about coming back soon with my husband or cocktails and dinner ..

Had not dinned at Applebees in years. My server ( Talina G) was excellent. The food was hot and good, they had just opened for the day, but the restaurant was filthy. I almost turned around and not go in. The owner/management should have the outside of that facility pressured washed side walks and the building. The windows and doors were filthy at the beginning of the day. Not sure who the manager is of this location should have someone assigned to at least clean your glass doors. Shameful that you as the local manager don’t have more pride in your location.

Good food, $9.95 for bacon cheese burger with fries and drink. Fast food prices but better quality food and nicer atmosphere. My only criticism would be that the bathroom. Unflushed and dirty toilets and toilet paper on the floorwas,
