Have not been to an Applebee's in a long time because we don't have one near us. So we decided to pop in here and order some food & drinks. The drink that I ordered had a funny taste like the pineapple juice was bad or something, I couldn't quite put my finger on it. When I brought it to the waitresses, attention and then the managers attention and asked them to please take it off, They refused. We ended up just walking out. Not even eating there & going somewhere else to eat. This is absolute insanity to me. They didn't even offer to remake the drink. I didn't want it, but clearly there was something that was not right in the drink. I was not going to drink it or pay for it with one sip I refused it. So over your weird alcohol policy. You guys lost a table full of food too, very poor business choice.

Asked for a well done burger and it was not done when I told the server she laughed and walked away, Husbands burger was all greesey that's all he tasted.
