Listen, people go to Arby's for the meats. I get it. They have the meats, and they are fine. But I am here to tell you that I go to Arby's for a completely different reason: a little slice of deep-fried, pepper-and-cheese heaven known as the Hot Crispy Jalapeño Bites.
These aren't just a side dish. These are a lifestyle.
The moment you crack into the crisp, golden crust, you are greeted with a molten core of perfectly melted, tangy cream...

The mozzarella sticks were dry and chewy instead of soft and stringy, though the crust was decent (if a little thick). The jalapeño poppers were made well but seemed to be stuffed with nothing but straight cream cheese. The crust was decent, but the filling lacked flavor and complexity for sure.

My biggest problem was actually with the signature roast beef and cheddar. I ordered a half pound roast beef and cheddar and received maybe 1/4 roast beef with 1 teaspoon...

The potato cakes were overcooked. And why is it so difficult to put horsey sauce in the bag? Requested it the last two times I ordered, but instead, got Arby's sauce. Is it a literacy problem? Or a 'I don't give a damn problem'? Other than that, it was good.
